ARTICLE VIII, FEES, DUES, & CLUB BILLS Section 7. Major Replacement and Replacement Reserves - “The Reserve Fund” will be allocated dollars annually, in an amount as deemed appropriate by the Finance Committee and the Board, to be used for long term major repairs and major maintenance replacement projects. These projects will be identified by the Planning and Capital Improvements Committee, vetted by the Finance Committee, and subject to final approval from the Board. This reserve fund is not meant to be used for renovations or normal repairs and maintenance."

ARTICLE III, COMMITTEES Section 10. Admissions Committee Charter - Composition: Including the Chair and Board Liaison, the committee should be comprised of a maximum of ten members. These individuals should have passion for the Club, leadership qualities, and be optimistic. They also should use the Club and its amenities frequently. Additionally, committee members should encourage fellow members to attend Club events and host guests regularly.
