Activities taking place in October: Within: are celebrating Black Future Month all month. Stay tuned HERE for the amazing creative materials, including posters, toolkits, recipes and quizzes. They are also hosting an InclusiviTEA on the 15th Oct @ 2 - 2:45 pm (contact diversity@compass-group.co.uk if you haven’t already got the invite). You Matter: are marking World Mental Health Day on the 10th October. Keep an eye out for a new and exciting brand, updated portal and some amazing new Line Manager Guides to support our colleagues. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. Please check out initial resource HERE with more to come over the week. Women in Food: will be marking World Menopause Day on the 18th October. An important day to raise awareness of the menopause, offer support and educate our colleagues. We will all at some point be impacted by menopause in one way or another - keep an eye out for more details. In the meantime we’d like to highlight the new training module that was made available in April ‘Supporting Colleagues Through the Menopause’ As we head towards Menopause Awareness Day in October, we’d love to raise more awareness and get our teams to complete the course - Please click HERE to access and share with your teams. Thank You National Inclusion Week took place on the 15 t h - 21st Sept. A big thank you for those of you that took part in NIW. It was a great week with a variety of activity across our sites. A highlight of the week was our Inclusioneers @ Compass event that took place at the Excel Centre, London. 120 of our ambassadors from across our 6 employees networks, alongside our executive team, came together to talk all things inclusion.
