■ The Northern Football Netball League will launch its 2023 season with a split first round on April 7-15 for Division 1 and 2. Macleod will play Greensborough on Good Friday (Apr. 7) at De Winton Park. On Saturday, April 15, the other Division 1 fixtures are: Hurstbridge v West PrestonLakeside, Montmorency v Whittlesea, Heidelberg v North Heidelberg and Bundoora v Banyule. The Division 2 season starts at 2.10pm on Good Friday (Apr. 7) with Eltham hosting Panton Hill. Epping will play Thomastown. Other Division 2 games will be played on Saturday, April 15: Northcote Park v Diamond Creek, Watsonioa v Lower Plenty, South Morang v St Mary’s. Division 3 games start Saturday, April 15: Old Eltham Collegians v Mernda, Kinglake v Reservoir, and Laurimar v Kilmore.
