Wellbeing sessions in Cardinia
■ Cardinia Shire Council, in conjunction with Outlook Community Centre, is hosting two retirement wellbeing sessions for those who are retired or planning to retire in the next few years. The free sessions will be held at Outlook Community Centre, 24 Toomuc Valley Rd in Pakenham on Tuesday, March 8, at 10am – 12pm, and on Tuesday, March 22, at 6pm – 8pm. Estelle Kelly, member of the International Coach Federation, will be hosting the sessions, with a focus on getting retirement-ready and lifestyle improvement of those in retirement already.
