This year proved a particularly challenging one, for our citizens and for us as an organisation.
As we worked to recover from the effects of the pandemic, we faced numerous economic shocks, including a cost-of-living crisis, price instability,
escalating inflation, low consumer confidence, tightened financial conditions and slower economic growth.
We are also facing the immediate challenge of transitioning to a carbon neutral society.
Maintaining our performance in light of these forces has never been more difficult.
