how architectural interventions can amplify cross-border trade and cultural exchange dynamics. Investigating the spatial, economic, and socio-cultural implications, the thesis delves into the intricate relationship between architectural design and regional connectivity. Through interdisciplinary analysis and case studies, it examines the role of architecture in shaping vibrant and functional land ports. By addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions, the thesis aims to contribute to the discourse on optimizing land port design for enhanced economic activity and cultural interaction within borderland regions.

Designed to enhance working efficiency and integrate with the cityscape, it fosters connectivity and interaction through public spaces. The project meticu lously analyzes site context and Teletalk's needs, resulting in a holistic design narrative. Innovations such as dynamic environmental responses and sustain able principles optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort. This vision ary approach signifies a paradigm shift in corporate architecture, merging form and function to redefine the urban experience in Dhaka and beyond.

deeply into the architectural intricacies of addressing infrastructural inadequacies confronting healthcare facilities serving women and children within peri-urban contexts. Through meticulous surveying and focused group discussions, we discerned spatial patterns and identified key areas pivotal to the holistic well-being of these demographics. Our design ethos, underpinned by a commitment to sustainability, embraced innovative solutions such as rainwater harvesting to mitigate environmental impact. By amalgamating this eco-conscious approach with nuanced architectural interventions, we endeavored to craft a bespoke healthcare milieu that not only addresses immediate infrastructural deficits but also fosters a nurturing environment conducive to the flourishing of women and children in peri-urban locales.

became an important place for trade and commerce with goods and products came from Rupsha River. So this place started to play the role as a heart of the city. Mianzee Concern (Agrani Transport Agency) was built in late 19th century, was renovated in around 1925. The building was built in quasi-classical style or regional classicism. The classical components represent enormous aesthetic beauty as well as craftsmen ship through the detailing. Now, Dak Bangla more is one of the busiest area of the city, with high commercial value. Therefore, the objective of the project is to add another dimension to this busy area by highlighting this heritage’s quality of aesthetics as well as architectural style through engaging people as a breathing space, providing demanding services and increasing commercial value.
