Friday, April 25, in South Lake Tahoe. This arrest was made possible with assistance from the South Lake Tahoe Police Department, El Dorado County Probation and the El Dorado County Sheriff ’s Office. Pannell is being held in the Sacramento County Jail without bail. On Feb. 12, 2024, South Lake
