Caltrans camp cleanup coming Market to move? Eric Jaramishian Staff writer
A notice to vacate an “unauthorized encampment” is posted at the upper Broadway homeless camp in Placerville. The notice advises camp occupants, “All encampments, personal property and debris ... are to be removed by Feb. 17.” Caltrans is set to clear out the area later this month.
