CANCELLATION To ensure that our camps are of the highest quality, we plan, schedule activities, and hire staff months before camp begins. Families typically book their camp months in advance. Therefore, last minute cancellations are difficult for us to fill since most campers have already made other arrangements. Cancellations made 3 weeks prior to camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to camp will receive a 50% refund unless we are able to fill your spot.
