Golf Waiting List Requirements
In order to get on the Golf Waiting List, we do require that you first join as a Sport, or Clubhouse member. Upon joining the New Member will complete a Waiting List Upgrade Form and pay a $1,000 Application Fee.
Both the Initiation Fee paid for the new membership and the $1,000 Application Fee will be applied towards the Current Golf Initiation Fee at the time of upgrading You will be locked in at the Full Golf Initiation Fee at the time of joining the Golf Waiting List
Golf memberships will be offered in the order in which the applications, along with the Application Fee are received
No guarantee of the Length of Time it will take prior to a PNCC Full Golf Membership invitation to be extended

Allows family access to all club amenities including: 4 Star Rated, 18 hole Tom Fazio Golf Course, Practice and Short Game Facilities, Dining & Social Events, Adult Lap Pool, Family Pool, Gym & Group Exercise Studio, Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce.
Limited number of Golf and Young Executive Golf memberships available in order to protect tee time availability, pace of play and course conditions
McConnell Golf Reciprocal Privileges: Annual Golf
Access: The first 15 times that you play a sister property, you only pay the cart fee After the 15th round, that same calendar year, members are responsible for the accompanied guest rate. Golf members may not play the same sister property more than 3 times per calendar year. Reciprocal dining privileges are also a benefit of membership.

Sport members may play golf six times a calendar year at a reduced rate, which is currently $75
After the sixth round, that calendar year, Sport members may still play golf but the rate increases to $145 and guests are no longer allowed Cart fees applicable. Sport members do not have access to the practice facilities unless they are playing golf.
Reciprocal privileges at all McConnell owned properties excluding golf.
