Fleet Vehicle Policy Updates
The Fleet Vehicle Policy has been updated with comprehensive new manuals and procedures affecting all employees who drive for company business. The new Fleet Vehicle, Auto Allowance and Driving Manual is now the primary reference guide for company driving policies and supersedes all previous driving policies in the Management System. Greenhouse Gas Inventory
In 2025, McCarthy Holdings, Inc. (MHI) completed its first full scope Greenhouse Gas inventory using AI tools to analyze over 836,000 data points. This saved more than 10,000 hours of manual effort and gave us our most accurate view of our carbon footprint. The inventory is now a core business tool that protects our reputation, keeps us ahead of regulations, and aligns with client expectations. It also helps us run smarter projects and operations by uncovering inefficiencies, cost savings, and higher-value work opportunities. Read more about it on McCarthy.com
Bluebeam 21: New Tools and Easier Access

W-2s Are Now Available
Your 2025 W-2 is ready to view/print in SuccessFactors, and a paper copy will be mailed to your home address this year. This is our first year using ADP for W-2s, which makes it easier to import your W-2 into tax software like TurboTax and others. For 2025, eligible overtime premium is shown in Box 14 as “FEDOTPREM” as per the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. You can also access your W-2 directly through my.ADP.com if you want to import it into tax software. Read the Intranet story for more information.
