On Monday, Jan. 19, McCarthy Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy through acts of service that reflect our shared commitment to make a positive impact. Partners are invited to connect with local organizations to coordinate volunteer projects that fit into one of six service project categories. Year in Review is Now Open
Partners can now log in and complete 2025 evaluations of goals and performance on SuccessFactors. Managers can schedule conversations to reflect on performance and share feedback. Learn more on the Intranet.
CMiC Support Update
After three months of dedicated support, most Super Users have transitioned off the CMiC project. Glean is the first way to get quick answers to frequently asked questions. A dedicated team now supports users through IT Support with issues and enhancements. Get details on the support transition, recent enhancements, and common ERP questions in the Intranet story.

A bolt of lightning flashes across the early-morning California sky — clear, direct and impossible to miss. Voters in our 2025 Photo Contest also had no trouble identifying their favorite photo, choosing “Lightning Strikes” by MBC Northern Pacific Assistant Project Manager Joe Souza as Photo of the Year. This past Oct., partners participated in 99 engagements nationwide for Construction Inclusion Week (CIW). From building genuine connections, to going all in on network-building opportunities for small businesses, to embracing a “we, not I” mindset through volunteer projects.
