BILTMORE PREPARATORY ACADEMY CONSTRUCTION UPDATES Updated Project Photo
Creighton School District is partnering with SPS+ Architects and McCarthy Building Co. to replace and modernize Biltmore Preparatory Academy. This project will deliver a new, approximately 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art K–8 campus on the existing Phoenix site, purpose-built for the existing dual language Spanish emersion program.
Project Updates Building A has reached the top of its masonry walls, marking an exciting milestone in the project’s progress! Underslab utilities are also being installed and inspected to ensure everything is in place before the pour of the concrete slab. The concrete slabs for Buildings B and C have been poured, establishing the foundation for the next stages of construction. Scaffolding is currently being installed to support continued masonry block installation as the building walls continue to take shape.
Campus and Community Impacts Additional overhead protection has been installed to help maintain student, teacher, and faculty access and protect the campus community as construction progresses. These safety measures are part of our ongoing efforts to minimize disruptions and maintain a safe environment for students, staff, visitors, and construction personnel. We will continue coordinating with school staff and monitoring site conditions to ensure construction activities proceed safely while supporting the daily needs of the campus community.
