BILTMORE PREPARATORY ACADEMY CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

Creighton School District is partnering with SPS+ Architects and McCarthy Building Co. to replace and modernize Biltmore Preparatory Academy.

This project will deliver a new, approximately 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art K–8 campus on the existing Phoenix site, purpose-built for the existing dual language Spanish emersion program.

Project Updates

Demolition for Phase 1 is complete!

Earthwork is also well underway. Site grading and leveling have been completed to prepare the area for construction, while crews continue installing underground utilities that will support the new facilities.

Building foundations have officially begun, with footings and concrete slabs now being installed. These elements form the base of the future buildings and provide the first visible glimpse of the new campus taking shape. As construction progresses over the coming months, families and staff will begin to see the footprint of the upcoming buildings emerge from the ground. Click Here to Watch Rendering Video!

Campus and Community Impacts

As the first day of school approaches, the construction team is working closely with school staff to ensure the campus is ready to welcome students back for a successful year. Significant effort is being made to prepare the jobsite, establish clear safety measures, and coordinate campus operations so that daily school activities can continue smoothly while construction is underway.
