We just sold the Pinecrest property (2025) and, like many older Pinecrest properties, it had its share of challenges. Monica helped us navigate the issues and make a great sale.

My wife and I worked with Monica to purchase our Coconut Grove home in 2021, then sell it in 2024 to move out of state.
