ENGAGED HANDS, SHARED HARVEST AT PSP Supporting Our People
Strengthening Our Culture
At our Arnprior manufacturing site, the team introduced a workplace food pantry and vegetable garden as a proactive and compassionate response to food insecurity, while also strengthening employee engagement and culture. The pantry was launched with a modest initial investment of approximately $150, supplemented significantly by staff donations, reflecting immediate grassroots support and ownership from the team. Building on this momentum, we have expanded the initiative to include a staff-led vegetable garden, enabling fresh produce sharing from late spring through fall months.
Meet our ‘lead gardener’
An idea is only as strong as the team behind it, and we are fortunate to have Callysta Bastien leading the way. While she is typically found in our Cutting Department, Callysta has played a pivotal role in bringing her vision to life for the PSP team. Drawing on her experience at Terramor Farms, a local family farm known for its sustainable, affordable, and organic practices, she has provided invaluable knowledge and guidance throughout the project. Her passion, expertise, and dedication have been instrumental to its success, and she continues to inspire and support the team as the journey continues.

UK SAVES CELEBRATION
When Our Mission Comes to Life In June, the Safariland UK Warrington team hosted a special Saves event that served as a powerful reminder of the impact our products have on those who rely on them every day. Three law enforcement officers joined the event to share their personal experiences of how Safariland equipment helped protect and save their lives while serving their communities. Although the details of these incidents remain confidential due to ongoing legal proceedings, hearing these firsthand accounts was a meaningful and inspiring experience for everyone in attendance.
16
The event was made even more special by the visit of the Mayor of Warrington, who met with employees and recognized the important work being done at the site For the employees in Warrington, the event reinforced a simple but powerful truth: behind every product is the potential to save a life. Moments like these remind us that the work we do extends far beyond our facilities, making a real difference for those who serve and protect others every day.

Community Outreach
K9's United Running Together for Those Who Serve Safariland employees once again laced up their running shoes in support of the annual K9 United race, demonstrating that giving back is a tradition that continues to bring our teams together. Nearly 90 employees, joined by their families and friends, participated in this year's event, choosing between the 9K race, 5Kace, or the 1-mile Fun Walk to show their support for our K9 officers and the important work they do every day. The spirit of the event extended far beyond the race course. Approximately 50 additional employees participated virtually from locations across the United States and Canada, proving that a shared commitment to supporting our K9 community knows no borders.
After crossing the finish line, participants enjoyed an exciting live demonstration by K9 handlers and their canine partners, showcasing the remarkable teamwork, discipline, and specialized skills these teams use to help protect and serve their communities. From start to finish, it was a day filled with energy, teamwork, and purpose. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and represented Safariland in support of this meaningful cause. Together, we continue to make a difference, one step at a time.

ONE CAUSE, MANY COMMUNITIES The excitement of the K9 United race wasn't limited to Florida. Across the United States and Canada, nearly 50 employees participated virtually, showing that a shared commitment to supporting our K9 community can bring people together from anywhere. At PSP Canada, a group of enthusiastic associates came together to complete their walk and proudly register their miles as part of the virtual event. At the same time, employees from Cyalume organized their own participation, while associates from other Cadre locations, including Becky Martinez, Nuclear Group Finance Director, and her family, also joined in and shared photos from their day. Every mile completed, whether on the race course or in hometown neighborhoods, contributed to the same meaningful mission: supporting the dedicated K9 officers and handlers who serve and protect our communities. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, shared their stories, and represented Cadre with pride. Your involvement demonstrates that no matter where we are located, we are united by a common purpose and strengthened by the impact we create together.
TRIBUTE TO: KYRO END OF WATCH: OCTOBER 14, 2025 POLICE DEPARTMENT: FLAGLER COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, FL 19
Family Day On June 13, employees from Safariland Armor and Safariland Duty Gear came together for the first-ever Cadre Family Day in Jacksonville, creating an unforgettable day of connection, laughter, and appreciation for employees and their families.
A Day for Families, Fun, and Connection Organized
by the Employee Engagement Committees from both sites, the event was designed in response to employee feedback and provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect outside the workplace while sharing a memorable experience with the people who support them every day.
A Sunny Day!
20
While the Florida sunshine certainly made its presence known, the overwhelming feedback from employees was clear: they loved the event and are already looking forward to next year's Family Day.
Sometimes, the best way to build a great team is simply to spend time together. More than 250 employees and family members enjoyed an exciting lineup of activities for all ages. Children explored a fire truck, met local police officers, visited the petting zoo, and enjoyed face painting, bounce houses, an inflatable obstacle course, and interactive games. Adults joined in the fun with cornhole, axe throwing, product displays, a 360° photo station, and one of the day's biggest attractions: the dunk tank, where Brad Williams, Company President; Brandon Carlson, Director of Supply Chain for Armor; Robert Hadsock, Airport Maintenance Manager and John Thompson, Director of Accounting and Finance, volunteered to take the plunge for a good cause and plenty of laughs.
Guests also enjoyed delicious local barbecue, an ice cream truck, and raffle prizes that included a television, Jacksonville Jaguars tickets, a grill, and many other giveaways. Most importantly, the day reflected what Cadre is all about, bringing people together, strengthening relationships across sites, and showing employees that their ideas and feedback help shape experiences that make our workplace even stronger.

Chess Tournament ICOR Claims Chess Championship in Annual Med-Eng Showdown What began as a friendly lunchtime chess tournament at ICOR Technology ended with a well-earned victory and plenty of team pride. Over the course of three months, from February through April, 16 ICOR employees gathered during their lunch breaks to compete in an internal chess tournament that tested strategy, patience, and skill. Beyond the competition, the tournament created opportunities for colleagues to connect, enjoy friendly rivalry, and build relationships outside of their daily work. After weeks of exciting matches, Jam Sambas, Robotic Technitian and Jack Vongdouangchanh, Commercial Manager emerged as ICOR's top competitors, earning the opportunity to represent the company in the annual chess championship against the reigning champions from Med-Eng. The final showdown took place during the annual Med-Eng & ICOR Lunch on May 28, where employees from both teams came together for an afternoon of food, fun, and connection. Alongside the highly anticipated chess championship, attendees enjoyed a lively trunk sale featuring employee treasures, the crowd-favorite clown pants game, and plenty of laughter. Jam and Jack continued their winning streak, defeating Med-Eng's champions and bringing the coveted bragging rights home to ICOR. More than a competition, the event celebrated teamwork, friendly rivalry, and the strong relationships shared between the two organizations. It was another great reminder that some of the best connections are built one move, one conversation, and one laugh at a time.

Mom & Dads Celebration A Special Celebration for Our Parents
At the Tijuana plant, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day became a meaningful opportunity to recognize associates who balance their work and family roles every day. To make the occasion even more special, the site brought both celebrations together in a single event that welcomed moms and dads during their lunch periods. The experience included a festive meal, music, colorful decorations, and live entertainment, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with appreciation and joy. Each celebrated associate also received a cupcake, adding a sweet touch to the occasion. In addition, both days included surprise serenades at the start of each shift, accompanied by the iconic Dr. Simi character, bringing smiles across the site. Filled with gratitude and connection, this celebration reminded us that valuing our people means honoring not only what they do at work, but also the families they care for every day.

LEADING CHANGE WITH ADKAR
Training provided by Mayra Amezquita
Our Extended Staff team in Tijuana recently participated in ADKAR Change Management training, gaining valuable insights into the five elements of the ADKAR Model: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants learned how to assess readiness for change, identify potential barriers, and develop strategies to support successful change initiatives.
The training equipped attendees with practical tools to engage employees, build commitment, and facilitate smooth transitions during organizational change. By applying the ADKAR framework, our leaders are better prepared to guide teams through change and drive lasting improvements across the organization.

Management Time: Who’s got the monkey? “Who’s Got the Monkey?” emphasizes that many managers become overloaded because they unintentionally take on their employees’ problems (“monkeys”) instead of keeping ownership where it belongs. The article highlights the risk of upward delegation and encourages leaders to resist solving issues for their teams, instead guiding employees to take responsibility and define next steps. By ensuring that the right person owns each problem and establishing clear follow-ups, managers can build accountability, empower their teams, and focus on higher‑value work. "Who's Got the Monkey?" was written by William Oncken Jr. and Donald L. Wass. It was originally published as a famous Harvard Business Review article and later expanded into a book.

CONTINUOUS
WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE IMPROVEMENT
The Evolution of Daily Management at Cyalume What does success look like at Cyalume? It's not just about hitting numbers, it's about meeting customer needs, solving problems quickly, and winning together every day. That's the driving force behind the evolution of Daily Management process. Historically, Daily Management centered on productivity metrics and month-to-date reporting. While those measures provided valuable insights, our teams saw an opportunity to create a process that was even more connected to customer success and day-to-day operations. Today, Daily Management has evolved into a more dynamic, customer-focused approach. By shifting the conversation from productivity to outcomes, teams are now aligned around what matters most: delivering for our customers.
30
One of the biggest changes is that Shipping now kicks off the daily discussion, ensuring everyone starts the day with a clear understanding of customer demand and operational priorities. With real-time visibility into goals and performance, associates and leaders can quickly identify challenges, take action, and celebrate successes as they happen. At the heart of this transformation is one simple question: "Did We Win Yesterday?" This mindset encourages accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across every area of the operation. Since implementation, teams have experienced stronger communication, improved data accuracy, better workforce planning, and greater engagement. Most importantly, associates have greater visibility into how their work directly impacts our customers and the success of the business. The evolution of Daily Management is more than a process change, it's a cultural shift. By focusing on daily wins and customer outcomes, we're building a stronger operation and creating success together, one day at a time.
BETTER EVERY DAY, STRONGER TOGETHER
Our annual Continuous Improvement Event brought the Tijuana team together to celebrate the ideas, teamwork, and achievements that made 2025 a successful year. This year, 126 associates participated in 36 improvement projects, led by 17 project leaders. Each project reflected our commitment to finding better ways to work, improving our processes, and delivering greater value to our customers. During the event, project leaders and plant leadership thanked associates for their dedication and highlighted how every improvement- big or small- helps strengthen our business. Associates received commemorative event T-shirts and a charcuterie board in appreciation of their contributions, while project leaders were recognized for their outstanding leadership. The event was more than a celebration of results- it was a celebration
of

continuous
improvement part of our culture every day. Continuous Improvement Starts with People Better Every Day. Stronger Together.
