AZTEC® E-Z LOK WHEEL Rebar Supports
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET DESCRIPTION
INSTALLATION
The PLW Aztec E-Z Lok Wheel is a plastic bar support used to maintain the lateral position of rebar. It consists of a circular body, integrated lock, and spokes positioned around the diameter. The PLW is made in the USA.
1. Insert rebar into the wedge shaped opening until the rebar is in the center of the PLW.
APPLICATION The PLW Aztec E-Z Lok Wheel is used to position vertical rebar from side forms. It may be used above grade where the finished concrete is visible.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION ■ Rebar sizes #4 (13mm) through #11 (36 mm) ■ Concrete gray color ■ Standard supports over 400 lbs in compression ■ Heavy Duty supports over 700 lbs in compression
2. Apply pressure on both sides of the opening until the male member of the lock enters the female hole locking the wheel securely around the rebar.
