DESCRIPCIÓN

ProAnchor Elite es de dos componentes, tolerante a la humedad, 100% sólidos, adhesivo de gel epóxico de alto módulo, aprobado para su uso en cartuchos y a granel para el anclaje en hormigón agrietado y sin agrietar e inserciones roscadas internamente en hormigón sin agrietar. Cumple con los requisitos de ACI 355.4 e ICC-ES AC308 por IAPMO ER-690.

USO

ProAnchor Elite es ideal para anclar pernos, pasadores y acero de refuerzo en hormigón. También es ideal para la unión estructural vertical y horizontal y parcheo. También se puede utilizar para sellar grietas y establecer puertos de inyección antes de la lechada de inyección.

ALMACENAMIENTO

El material debe almacenarse a 40°-95°F (5°-35°C). Usar antes de la "fecha de caducidad" en la etiqueta del producto.

No exponga el producto almacenado a temperaturas frías o de congelación por debajo de 35 °F (2 °C) durante ningún período de tiempo.

Preparación de la superficie: Condiciones ambientales y de temperatura del sustrato: 43° y 110°F (6° y 43°C) para aplicaciones estructurales por UES 690.

38° y 125°F (3° y 52°C) para aplicaciones de infraestructura de transporte a AASHTO M235 & ASTM C881.

La superficie a unir debe estar limpia y sana. Elimine el polvo, la suciedad, la grasa, la laitance, los compuestos de curado y otras materias extrañas mediante chorro de arena, abrasión mecánica o hidroarración. Para agujeros perforados, limpie con un cepillo de cerdas.

Retire toda el agua y el polvo con aire comprimido limpio antes de la instalación. La temperatura del aire y la superficie debe ser de 38 °F (3 °C) o más.

Mezclado:

Acondicione el material a 65°- 85°F (18°- 29°C) antes de usarlo.

Cartuchos:

Retire la tapa protectora y "pre-purgue" el cartucho antes de poner el mezclador estático para asegurar una mezcla uniforme. Atornille la boquilla de mezcla estática y dispense epoxi hasta que el producto sea un gris uniforme sin rayas.

Bulto:

Premezcle cada componente, luego mezcle volúmenes iguales de la Parte A y la Parte B durante 3 minutos con un taladro de baja velocidad, un mezclador o paleta. Mezcle solo lo que se puede usar durante la vida útil de la olla. Para equipos de dispensación a gra nel para

Colocación:

Paso 1: Taladro en concreto usando un taladro de potencia de percusión rotativa (taladro de martillo rotativo) y una broca de tipo SDS o SDS-Plus con punta de carburo que cumpla con ANSI B212.151994, al diámetro y la profundidad de incrustación que se adhieren al espaciado mínimo, la distancia mínima del borde y el espesor mínimo del miembro de concreto.

Precaución: Use una protección adecuada para los ojos y la piel. Evite la inhalación de polvo durante la perforación y la eliminación de escombros.

Paso 2: Soplar el agujero usando aire comprimido exento de aceite a un mínimo de 70 psi con una boquilla. Mientras sopla aire, inserte la boquilla en el agujero hasta que esté en contacto con la parte inferior durante no menos de un segundo, y luego retírmela.

Paso 3: Inserte un cepillo de limpieza para el diámetro adecuado del orificio de perforación. Empuje el cepillo a la parte inferior del pozo mientras se tuerce. Una vez que el cepillo esté en contacto con la parte inferior del agujero, gire el cepillo a media revolución y luego retire rápidamente el cepillo con un tirón vigoroso y retorcido. Repetir.

Paso 4: Repita el golpe fuera del agujero con aire según el paso 2 anterior. El hormigón deberá estar seco antes de la inyección del adhesivo.

Paso 5: Cuando utilice el cartucho, inserte el cartucho en la herramienta de extrusión y conecte la boquilla de mezcla suministrada al cartucho. No modifique la boquilla de mezcla. Antes de la inyección, dispense el material a través de la boquilla de mezcla en una cuenta continua hasta que se logre un color gris claro uniforme. El material dispensado inicial será de color gris más oscuro y no debe usarse para la instalación. Después de lograr un color gris claro uniforme, inserte el extremo de la boquilla de mezcla en el pozo hasta que esté en contacto con la parte inferior. Luego, dispense el adhesivo mientras retira lentamente la boquilla hasta que el orificio esté aproximadamente 1/2 - 2/3 lleno, y luego retire la boquilla de mezcla. Mantenga la boquilla conectada en cartuchos parcialmente usados. Se debe utilizar

una nueva boquilla de mezcla si el tiempo de gel se ha excedido entre inyecciones.

Paso 6: Marque la varilla de anclaje con la profundidad de incrustación requerida. Inserte la varilla de anclaje limpia y libre de aceite en el adhesivo en el pozo, volteándolo lentamente a medida que se empuja hacia abajo hasta el contacto con el fondo del pozo. Asegúrese de que el agujero esté completamente lleno de adhesivo y que no aparezcan huecos entre la varilla de anclaje y el pozo.

Paso 7: Ajuste la alineación del ancla en el agujero inmediatamente. No lo moleste entre el Tiempo de Gel y el Tiempo mínimo de curación. No apriete ni aplique carga al ancla hasta el tiempo de curado recomendado.

Tiempo de curación
