Field Safety Essentials equips your team with the practical knowledge and confidence needed to work safely in dynamic, real-world environments. Presented by the safety professionals with Construction Safety Specialists, Inc. (CSSI) – MBI’s preferred safety provider – participants learn how to protect themselves, as well as others on the jobsite.
COURSE TOPICS
FALL PROTECTION BASICS
Provides participants with an understanding of fall protection requirements when working at heights. This training introduces OSHA regulations, the hierarchy of fall protection and common hazards.
SCAFFOLDING BASICS
Designed to give participants a basic understanding of the requirements when working with scaffolding. We will cover common hazards, OSHA regulations and fall protection on scaffolding
CONFINED SPACE BASICS
Provides participants with a foundational understanding of the hazards, regulations and safety requirements associated with working in or around confined spaces.
TRENCHING BASICS
Participants will be provided with an overview of the requirements when working in trenches or excavations. We will cover trench and excavation hazards, OSHA regulations and protective systems.
