Since the beginning of the year, 11% of our transactions in Garfield County are coming from out of state domestic buyers, namely Texas, Florida, California, Illinois, and Oregon. Denver and Front Range buyers make up 6% of the overall transactions. These numbers have been on the rise since 2019. Local buyers still make up 83% of the transactions according to Land Title Guarantee, sales analysis year-to-date May 2021.
