SPA ETIQUETTE
ARRIVAL
We recommend you arrive at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Massage and spa treatments are more effective when you take time to relax. Using our sauna and steam room before your treatment will allow you to reach a state of optimum relaxation. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, this time will be deducted from the treatment time.
SPA ETIQUETE
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other guests, mobile phones and smoking are not permitted. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable; you may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable.
The access to the SPA by those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All junior treatments must be approved by the Manager.
APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available. Please advise the reception when making your booking if you are pregnant or if you suffer from any medical condition, injuries or allergies or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable for you.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Should the need to cancel arise please let us know at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid the 50% cancellation charge. Cancelations within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are an ideal present for someone special for several occasions. Our team is happy to advise you. Gift vouchers are neither refundable nor combined with other promotions and must be presented at time of treatment.
