MULTIFAMILY LIVING COMMUNITY
FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS | 2025
Taking inspiration from Andre Zittel’s A-Z west and the Simon Stone’s 2021 production of Lucia di Lammermoor, this multifamily housing solution is dramatic and artistic in its form and function. This is completly new idea of living in a urban landscape and meeting a social need for those in the Fayetteville area. A core element in this iteration is the repeating gable roof module that serves as a recognizable, domestic form, and a space making device for both form and void.
Spaces, objects and acts of living intertwine into a investigation of what living could look like today.
Individual units maintain autonomy while existing in a interconnected living environment, where quality of life is dependent on communal engagement.
THE NEST
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, USA |
2025
As a reiteration of the previous project, this is a final solution realized in collaboration with Sofia Hickey and Amaury Ndagijimana. The Nest celebrates individuality, offering tenants a blank canvas for playful color and personal expression, while community-oriented living spaces encourage connection and collaboration in daily routines such as cooking and working. Layered spaces are crafted through a thoughtful facade and the arrangement of units, creating a dynamic, ever-evolving experience. Prefabricated units introduce adaptability, a sense of impermanence, and flexibilit y that enhance the vibrant environment. The design embraces opposing characteristics, balancing transparency and solidit y to create a harmonious, energetic communit y, offering both private and co living areas. The Nest is a place for those seeking a unique living environment surrounded by their current friends or the friends they are soon to make

SAINT LAURENT SHOP-IN-SHOP
ROME, LAZIO, ITALY| 2024

Designed as a trial for a new store aesthetic, the space balances YSL’s minimalist elegance with fresh elements that reflect the brand’s heritage. It embodies the intentional renewal of the cultural fundamentals of Yves Saint Laurent with a refined richness.
5th Floor La Rinascente
The current brand identity includes clean, minimalist interiors. Premium materials like marble and polished metals bring a luxurious feel that reflects the haute couture roots of the brand while emphasizing modern luxury.
This design draws on Yves Saint Laurent’s connection to Marrakech, incorporating Moroccan colors, textures, and courtyard-inspired layouts. Terracotta, dark marble, and a bold blue accent add warmth and vibrancy, balancing the brand’s minimalist elegance with a fresh identity rooted in heritage.

Alabaster, a soft stone once carved into vessels for fragrance, symbolizes love, forgiveness, freedom, and connection to a higher purpose. This project uses alabaster as inspiration to honor the site’s history as a monastery while creating a setting where residents can age well, release regrets, and live actively in community. The concept is expressed through spatial planning that balances quiet, reflective areas for personal or spiritual connection with vibrant spaces that encourage social engagement.
