My name is Marshal Paz and I am an aspiring artist and graphic designer. I graduated with a Bachelor ’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and have used those skills to develop myself as a multi-purpose designer. From plan renders to graphic posters to album covers, I am enthusiastic about it all. Experience includes working in the field as a crew member, management in customer ser vice, and design work in a large engineering firm. I am skilled in a multitude of creative programs that help deliver a variety of my work and look to learn as much as possible. I do not shy away from challenging situations and strive for innovation.

Work History
Landscape Architect Associate, Barge Design Solutions 2020 - 2022 Associate designer that supports lead designers, project managers, and planners on various commercial and private projects. Tasks include plan revisions, rendering work for visuals, and exhibit boards for presentations.
Student Manager/Council Member, Oxley’s To-Go 2018 - 2020 Responsible of morning store preparation and trained new employees to deliver exceptional customer food service. Met with the head of dining service on a council to discuss concerns and suggestions for the university’s dining program. 2019 Student Manager of the Year. Project Manager Intern, Mariana Landscape Sum. 2019 Shadowed and worked with other project managers to see the partnerships of clients, designers, contractors, and landscape crews at a high-end residential firm. Sum. 2018 - Fall 2018 Work Crew, Planted Earth Columbus Part of the landscape/hardscape crew that built patios and maintained the surrounding designed landscape. Gained knowledge of how plans are implemented into the naturally built environment.

Cleveland’s Collision Bend
Master Plan
The sandstone modules provide a circulated home for fish such as the white crappie. They are also designed as a gentle transition between the Cayuhoga River and the site.
Sandstone Module Perspective
The holes range from 6” to 2’ in diameter and can be filled with some vegetation. Fish can use the stacked blocks to hide from larger pedators and turbulant waters

Existing Context The emphasis on this project is to create a district around the home of the Columbus Crew that is appealing to residents and visitors year round. In the design, the stadium is positioned to have views of the Columbus skyline and lifted it’s edges to create a more defined presence.
