Tickets
Where a concessionary priced seat is offered it is available to any registered disabled customer plus one person accompanying them. Wheelchair places are available in boxes 1 and 4 and these can be booked over the phone or in person. Unfortunately we cannot take these bookings online.
Car Parking & Drop Off
Accessible car parking spaces are available adjacent to the leisure centre and in front of the Theatre. In addition there is also public parking along Kingsway Road.
Passenger Lift
A passenger lift is located to the rear side of the box office giving access to the first floor hospitality area.
Box Office
Accessible Toilets
There are two accessible toilets on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The toilets on the ground floor are opened with a ‘radar’ key. Visitors may use their own or we can lend them one.
Visitors With Hearing Impairment
A loop system is installed in the stalls of the auditorium covering rows A-L and the boxes. Visitors are asked to notify members of the team on arrival if they wish to have it switched on.
Baby Change
Facilities are available in the accessible toilet outside the ground floor entrance to the stalls.

OPENING HOURS
Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm | Sunday: Open 2 hours before the start of the performance. On performance days the box office will remain open until the show begins and until 30 minutes after the start of the last performance. Opening hours are subject to change.
