With 2024 only weeks away, it is an excellent time to thank our teams and those who work with them to support the community organizations and non-profits we care so deeply for. Supporting our communities is as integral to our company culture as great food and gathering together. We are honored to serve our neighbors through contributions to community food banks, the Angel Hair Foundation, McKenzie River Trust, Build Oregon, and a wide range of organizations throughout the state that support children, farmers, entrepreneurs and families. Thank you for your support. Rick Wright, CEO

Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment cream together: 1 stick of softened butter (4oz) ½ cup golden (light) brown sugar Beat until light and fluffy. Add 5 large eggs one at a time. Eggs should be room temperature. Mixture will appear slightly broken but that is normal. Over low speed add flour mixture until just incorporated. Stop mixer half way through. Using a rubber scraper scrape the bowl to make sure you incorporate all of the ingredients. Remove bowl from the stand and add: 1 Granny Smith apple peeled and coarsely grated ¾ c of roughly chopped walnuts (halves and pieces are ok)

7

6. Yule Log 7. Strawberry Rhubarb Pie 8. Wheat-Free Chocolate Pavé 9. White Chocolate Cranberry Tart 10. Ganache Cookie Dip

One batch of soaked fruit mixture Mix with a rubber scraper until all of the fruit is incorporated in the batter mixture. This is a thick heavy batter. Place half of the batter in each of the prepared loaf pans. Loaves should bake 75 to 90 min until tops are golden brown. The loaves will pull away slightly from the edges of the pan. Garnish with an apple cider glaze ½ c honey ¼ c apple cider 1 Tbsp butter Dash of salt Boil until mixture thickens enough to lightly coat your spoon. Let cool down a bit. While still a bit warm, brush with a pastry brush on top of loaf.
