Steps:
• In medium sauce pan or skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Stir in flour and whisk constantly until nutty, aromatic and sandy in texture, about 3 min. • Quickly stir in all spices and Worcestershire. Add milk and beer and whisk until bubbling and smooth, 30 seconds.
