A BHGRE Metro Brokers agent refers20 new sales associates to the company. If those20 associates average $60,000 in gross commission per year, then the sponsoring agent would earn $12,000 per year, or 1% of all the gross commissions earned. The sponsoring agent will continue to receive the recruiting bonus as long as they continue as a part of the referral company.
