Ronald McDonald House reports that Brookberry Farm Residents sold an amazing 1,320 luminary kits which, with donations, raised over $14,500 during the holiday season. Funds raised go directly to the general operation of Ronald McDonald House of Winston-Salem. Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" for families of children who are receiving medical treatment in the community. RMHC provides more than 1.5 million overnight stays each year, helping families save nearly over $504 million in lodging and meal expenses.
