Alan Fletcher is a third-generation builder who has dedicated his career to creating custom homes that reflect the unique vision of each homeowner. Entering the construction industry in 1980, he founded Alan Fletcher Construction in 1987, establishing it as one of Winston-Salem’s premier homebuilding companies. Over the decades, his work has been recognized with opportunities to build several HBA Association homes and the loyalty of countless satisfied clients.

Known for his creativity, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail, Alan takes a handson approach to every project—often found on-site, ensuring that quality and communication remain a top priority. He believes in building strong relationships with homeowners, listening closely to their ideas, and guiding them through a transparent, well-planned process.
