What is the deadline for placing orders this Valentine?
We are now accepting orders for Valentines – customized and pre-designed.
Cut-off is Friday, February 11 by 4:00pm for delivery on Monday, February 14

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate same day deliveries on Valentine’s Day. Pickup In-Store

When is my order finalized?
Your order is finalized when your payment has been received in full.

All purchases are subject to GCT sales tax of 15%, added to your final invoice.

To most areas in Kingston, St. Andrew and Portmore and Spanish Town. Speak to our Sales team regarding your specific needs.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Every gift and bouquet is personally hand-delivered by a member of our team and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee the specific time of delivery. Please advise of delivery restrictions when ordering.
Can I make changes to my order?
If the order has not been prepared, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Orders that are already prepared may not be changed or cancelled. Please call us 48 hours prior to delivery date should you have changes to your order.
How will I know my order has been delivered?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a text message or an email advising you that delivery was successful.
