Boat Layout Boarding is via the rear of the vessel, where the main deck offers seating for up to 28 guests. With open-air windows, guests can enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while the boat is underway (clear covers are available in case of unfavorable weather conditions). A toilet is conveniently located on the main deck. The top deck, only accessible when anchored, features additional seating and provides direct access to the inflatable slide, allowing guests to slide into the water below.

Our culinary team are able to tailor the groups food and beverage requirements accordingly. Activities & Other Inclusions The Half Day trip offers more than just the destination – the journey itself is an exciting adventure as we cruise through the stunning Mamanuca Islands. Along the way, guests can enjoy stops at tropical reefs for snorkelling, paddleboarding, and the unique thrill of sliding down our giant inflatable slide mounted on the roof! Snorkelling gear and paddleboards are included and flotation devices are provided for those who need them. The itinerary for Half Day charters will vary based on the charter duration, timings as well as guest preferences. Children For scheduled departures, child rates apply to children aged 3-15 years inclusive. Infants 2 years and under are not permitted on the day trip, and children under 5 years are not recommended unless they are confident swimmers. Children under 8 are required to wear a life jacket for the duration of the trip. Children of all ages are welcome on a Resort Transfer.

Bookings Terms & Conditions/General Information GENERAL • South Sea Cats/Ride & Slide is operated by South Sea Cruises. All references to either are all references to South Sea Cruises Pte Ltd. • All rates quoted are in Fijian Dollars and include all applicable government taxes. • If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT (and/or the addition of any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with official government policy to reflect any such changes. South Sea Cruises reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge in the event of any increase in fuel costs prior to the commencement of travel. Any such surcharge will be advised to the Client in writing as soon as practicable following the increase and will be payable in addition to the booking fee. • All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to availability at time of booking/confirmation. • All quotes are from/to Port Denarau. Quotes to/from other destinations can be provided upon request. • Ground transfers are included in the exclusive charter rates provided for those accommodated in Nadi, Wailoaloa, and Denarau only. A surcharge will apply to those accommodated elsewhere. • For scheduled Half Day trips, child rates are applicable to children 3-15 years inclusive. Children under 5 years of age are not recommended unless competent swimmers. Infants 2 years and under are not permitted. Children under 8 are required to wear a lifejacket for the duration of the trip. • All services are subject to weather and sea conditions and are subject to alteration and/or cancellation as deemed necessary by South Sea Cats. • All customers must have a valid travel insurance policy in place before travelling with South Sea Cats. • Any customers with food allergies or otherwise must notify the South Sea Cats customer services and/or sales team at least 7 days prior to the event date. • South Sea Cats reserves the right to alter prices, add a fuel surcharge, cancel departure or arrange alternative transport other than that advertised/confirmed. • All quotes & confirmed bookings are subject to our Conditions of Carriage. A copy is held in our offices or can be viewed on www.southseacatsfiji.com FORCE MAJEURE • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by or results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party

(“Force Majeure Event”). Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, hurricane, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, governmental action or restriction, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, labour shortages, transportation disruptions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. • The affected party must promptly notify the other party in writing upon becoming aware of the Force Majeure Event and shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effects of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. • Where a Force Majeure Event prevents or materially affects the performance of the event contemplated under this Agreement: a) The parties shall use reasonable efforts to reschedule the event to an alternative date within twelve (12) months of the original scheduled date, subject to availability. b) If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, South Sea Cruises Pte Limited may: i.
provide a credit for all monies paid, valid for use within twelve (12) months; or
ii.
refund monies paid less any reasonable and nonrecoverable costs incurred by South Sea Cruises Pte Limited in preparation for the event.
• Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from a Force Majeure Event. WATERSPORTS ACTIVITIES • Customers are required to follow all operating guidelines and safety procedures issued by the South Sea Cats staff/crew whether they be issued verbally or in writing. • Customers will be held responsible for all costs of any damage caused to equipment and/or property owned by South Sea Cats or third parties through misuse or carelessness. PAYMENT TERMS • Deposit - Upon receiving a confirmed booking a non-refundable deposit amounting to 25% of the total booking is due for payment within 14 days of invoice. • Payment - Full payment is required 60 days prior to the travel or event date. Bookings made within 60 days of travel must be paid in full to South Seas Cruises Pte Ltd at the time of confirmation unless the booking agent has an approved credit account with South Seas Cruises Pte Ltd. • An amendment fee of FJ$250 will be charged for any amendments made to the booking within the 45 days prior to the travel or event date. However if the amendment is a change of date only with a similar value booking still being held then South Sea Cats may, at

its discretion, waive the amendment fees if South Sea Cats has the ability to sell the vacated date. • Expenditure incurred with South Sea Cats during an event which is over and above the prepaid F&B option is required to be paid prior to departure from the vessel unless the booking agent has an approved credit account with South Sea Cruises Pte Ltd/South Sea Cats. • Payments made by international debit/credit card are subject to a non-refundable 2.5 - 3% admin fee. CANCELLATIONS • All cancellations must be in writing to South Sea Cruises Pte Ltd/ South Sea Cats and the timing shall be based on the day of receipt of such notification by South Sea Cruises Pte Ltd. Cancellation terms are as follows; - Outside 60 days- Forfeit of deposit (unless transferring date). - 31 to 60 days - Forfeit 60% of applicable booking total. - 0 to 30 days - Forfeit 100% of applicable booking total. • Any refunds issued under this Agreement will be processed using the applicable currency exchange rate on the date the refund is made. The Client acknowledges and agrees that, due to fluctuations in exchange rates and any applicable bank or transaction fees, the refunded amount received may differ from the original amount paid. The Company shall not be held liable for any such variations in refunded amounts resulting from currency exchange movements or financial institution charges. RATE VALIDITY • Rates are valid for travel until 31 March 2027. Rates for travel beyond these dates are subject to a 5% increase until such time as South Sea Cats issues confirmed rates for th following April - March period. • Due to the volatility of global fuel prices, South Sea Cats reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge to vessel transfers and/or related services under this Agreement. Any such surcharge will only be applied in the event of a material increase in fuel costs between the date of this Agreement and the event date.
