This allows you to completely personalize your day or evening. Depending on the number of guests, your meal can be served in our restaurant, in a garden setting or across them all!
GRAND DELUXE CABANA The two Grand Deluxe Cabanas are ideal for groups of up to 20 guests*, making them perfect for those traveling with extended family or celebrating a special occasion requiring an exclusive space for the day. *Groups of up to 25 can be considered/quoted depending on the requirements.

Our private, semi covered event space with exclusive use bar and swimming pool offering magnificent ocean views is suitable for 50 - 80 guests. Perfect for an intimate celebration, day or night event, cocktail, wedding or meeting space.
Covered seating for up to 120 allows guests to enjoy the stunning ocean views in one space with all of the main facilities within easy access. Dedicated space at The Club Restaurant can be set aside with prior arrangement for semi-private dining for smaller groups of up to 50 guests when on a shared use of the island basis.

For groups looking for more privacy, a breakout space or perhaps a dedicted spa (additional charges apply), there are 12 Beachside Cabanas scattered around the quieter side of the island which are ideally suited for this. The Beachside Cabanas, which are perfect for couples and one Grand Cabana (which fits up to 12 guests), all have their very own day bed/s and a dedicated butler to take care of all your needs.
Situated in a prime location with access to all facilities, our poolside day beds are spacious enough for two people and allow you to enjoy beach club tunes whilst you take in the beautiful views across the Mamanuca Islands. A maximum of 6-day beds can be booked for groups who are on a shared basis day at the island.

MALAMALA BEACH CLUB EAT & DRINK MALAMALA BEACH CLUB offers a delicious à la carte menu with light bites, pacific-inspired meals and share platters, with an array of hand-crafted cocktails. Options are designed to be casual and fun, and can be served at a seated table in the restaurant or delivered to your sun lounger, day bed or cabana. •F or groups of up to 29 guests, food and beverage are to be purchased on a consumption basis from the all-day à la carte menu. A tab can be set up for each shared use group and must be settled prior to departing the island. •F or groups of 30 or more guests, our extensive banquet menu has been designed to offer a wide range of canapés, appetizers, and main dishes served as set courses or shared platters. We offer four beverage package options to choose from and our culinary team is able to tailor your food and beverage requirements to suit your budget. •F or groups of over 75 guests, buffet stations are a great way to dine on the island. •A ny customers with food allergies or dietary can be catered for – the group must notify Malamala Beach Club of any requests at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

MALAMALA BEACH CLUB HOW TO GET THERE Depending on the size of your group, we can offer a variety of options to transfer you to and from Malamala Beach Club. You’ll arrive at the end of our iconic jetty, built so you won’t need to wet your feet before you’re ready to.

Our daily vessel transfer departs Port Denarau at 9:30am and 10.00am (and 12.00pm for half-day pass), arriving back at Port Denarau at either 4.45pm or 6.00pm.
Make a grand entrance and arrive by helicopter. If you are part of a group, special guests can make a lavish entrance on our photo famous pier.
A group of less than 100 people booking & travelling to Malamala Beach Club on a shared use basis can choose to travel on the scheduled South Sea Cruises services.

EXCLUSIVE VESSEL CHARTER Have the exclusive use of one of our high-speed catamarans to transfer your guests at times that suit. Our smaller vessels can take up to 36 people, and our larger vessels can take up to 320 guests on a single departure. For larger groups, a reduced price is applied for two vessels.

LANDING FEE A landing fee is applied to all guests who arrive at Malamala Beach Club as part of a group/charter. For those on a chartered South Sea Cruises vessel, arriving on their own vessel or via helicopter, the landing fee must also be applied to every guest. The landing fee is included in the rate for those arriving on a scheduled South Sea Cruises vessel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
SHARED USE OF MALAMALA BEACH CLUB
Malamala Beach Club is owned and operated by South Sea Cruises Ltd. All references to Malamala Beach Club are also references to South Sea Cruises Ltd. PRICING • All prices quoted are net, in Fijian dollars and include all applicable Fiji Government taxes. If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT (and/or the addition of any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with official government policy to reflect any such changes. South Sea Cruises reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge in the event of any increase in fuel costs prior to the commencement of travel. Any such surcharge will be advised to the Client in writing as soon as practicable following the increase and will be payable in addition to the booking fee. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to availability at time of confirmation.
• Shared use bookings are accepted for groups of a maximum of 100 guests. Groups of 100+ guests must take the island on an exclusive basis. • All bookings on a shared use basis whereby there is less than 100 guests travelling can travel on the South Sea Cruises scheduled vessel services to Malamala Beach Club departing at 9.30am and returning to Port Denarau at 5.30pm as per the rates listed. • All return vessel transfer rates listed are between Port Denarau, Malamala Beach Club and Momi Bay are undertaken by South Sea Cruises. Quotes for services to/from other destinations can be provided upon request. • All charter bookings at Malamala Beach Club must travel with South Sea Cruises. • Any customers with allergies to food or otherwise must notify Malamala Beach Club 72 hours prior to travel.
CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE AND/OR CHARTER
• Ground transfers to / from Port Denarau are not included in the rates provided. Ground transfers can be quoted separately.
• All confirmed bookings are subject to wind, tide and weather conditions and are operated at the sole discretion of South Sea Cruises Ltd in the interests of the safety and welfare of the passengers, vessel and crew.
• Malamala Beach Club welcomes children, however children aged 3+ years pay adult rates. WATERSPORTS ACTIVITIES
• South Sea Cruises Ltd reserves the absolute right to operate any vessel on any cruise, to decline to accept or retain any person(s) on any cruise, shore excursion or other cruise activity, to cancel, amend or reschedule any cruise vessel, schedule or itinerary, shore excursion, island activities or any other service for any reason which South Sea Cruises Ltd in its absolute and sole discretion considers desirable or necessary in the interests of operational necessity and/or passengers safety and/or wellbeing.
• Customers are required to follow all operating guidelines and safety procedures issued by Malamala Beach Club be they verbally or in writing.
• Arrival and departure times at ports and various places of call are provided as a guide only and in this regard no warranty, condition or guarantee, express or implied, is given or intended. • Due to unexpected weather conditions, access to the jetty at Malamala Beach Club may be restricted and the option of tendering in smaller vessels ashore may be utilised as an alternative. • South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, add a fuel surcharge, cancel departure or arrange alternative transport other than that confirmed due to operational requirements. EXCLUSIVE USE OF MALAMALA BEACH CLUB • Quotes for exclusive use of Malamala Beach Club are based on a minimum Food & Beverage (F&B) spend. Groups who don’t commit to the minimum F&B spend amount will be required to pay the minimum F&B spend amount regardless of consumption. • Small Group Exclusive Use Supplement. For exclusive-use charters of Malamala Beach Club with 150 guests or fewer, an Exclusive Use Supplement of FJ$10,000 will apply in addition to the applicable vessel charter fee, minimum food and beverage and landing fee. The supplement reflects the private use of the entire island and covers operational and venue costs that would normally be supported through standard daily guest visitation. • Groups of over 350 guests can be considered/quoted depending on the actual requirements of the group. Additional costs may apply should the island require extra preparation and set up time pre and/or post the charter date due to the larger than normal numbers. Additional costs may also be incurred to cover hireage of any extra items needed to accomodate the larger group.

• All customers will be required to sign an indemnity form for watersport activities. Children under the age of 16 years must have adult consent and indemnity signed by a parent or adult responsible for their care. TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY • There are no medical facilities located at Malamala Beach Club other than basic first aid equipment including a defibrillator. If any serious medical problem arises the person(s) needing attention will need to return to Nadi and/or return home for further medical care at own cost. It’s also important to note that sea and weather conditions can prevent or disrupt confirmed travel or events. It is therefore an essential condition when travelling with South Sea Cruises Ltd all customers have a valid travel insurance policy in place prior to traveling to Malamala Beach Club. PAYMENT TERMS • Upon confirming a booking, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 25% of the total booking fee is due within 14 days not withstanding that full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. • Bookings made within 60 days of travel must be paid in full to South Sea Cruises Ltd. • Expenditure incurred at Malamala Beach Club during an event which is over and above the prepaid F&B options is required to be paid prior to departure from the island. • Payments made by credit card are subject to 2.5-3% fee. FORCE MAJEURE • Neither party shall be held liable or responsible to the other, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, hurricane, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, government order or regulation, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, industrial dispute, labour shortage, or any other event beyond the parties’ reasonable control.

• The affected party must promptly notify the other party in writing upon becoming aware of the Force Majeure Event and shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effects of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. • Where a Force Majeure Event prevents or materially affects the performance of the event contemplated under this Agreement: a) Both parties shall, in good faith, agree on an alternative date for the event within twelve (12) months of the original date, subject to availability. b) I f rescheduling is not possible, South Sea Cruises Pte Limited may, at its discretion, either: - P rovide a full credit of all payments made to be used within twelve (12) months; or - P rovide a refund of amounts paid, less any nonrecoverable costs reasonably incurred by South Sea Cruises Pte Limited in preparation for the event. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS • An amendment fee of FJD$250 will be charged for any amendments made to the booking within the 60-day period that has been placed with South Sea Cruises Ltd. However, if the amendment is a change of date only with a similar value booking still being held then South Sea Cruises Ltd, at its discretion, will waive the cancellation fees if there is the ability to fill the vacated date. • All cancellations must be in writing to South Sea Cruises Ltd/Malamala Beach Club and the timing shall be based on the day of receipt of such notification by South Seas Cruises Ltd. • Cancellation terms are as follows; Outside 60 days - Forfeit of deposit (unless transferring date). 31 to 60 days - Forfeit 60% of applicable booking. 0 to 30 days - Forfeit 100% of applicable booking. • Refunds and Exchange Rate Variations - Any refunds issued under this Agreement will be processed using the applicable currency exchange rate on the date the refund is made. The Client acknowledges and agrees that, due to fluctuations in exchange rates and any applicable bank or transaction fees, the refunded amount received may differ from the original amount paid. The Company shall not be held liable for any such variations in refunded amounts resulting from currency exchange movements or financial institution charges. RATE VALIDITY • Rates are valid for travel until 31 March 2027. Rates for travel beyond these dates are subject to a 5% increase until such time Malamala Beach Club issues confirmed rates for the following April-March period. • Due to the volatility of global fuel prices, the Beach Club reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge to vessel transfers and/or related services under this Agreement. Any such surcharge will only be applied in the event of a material increase in fuel costs between the date of this Agreement and the event date. The surcharge, if applicable, will be advised to the Customer in writing promptly following any relevant increase in fuel costs and will be payable as part of the final balance.
