With breathtaking views of Mount Athos and the pristine white sand of Akanthios Bay, Chef Dimitris will treat you to an unforgettable culinary journey, showcasing the rich flavors of the Aegean, from seafood and traditional Asia Minor dishes to locally-inspired salads and warm hospitality.

Today, Dimitris opens the doors to his kitchen and lounge He welcomes renowned chef Sokol Prenga, who showcases the flavors of Adriatic seafood, KOUZINA, couscous, and traditional Albanian pastries in Eastern Halkidiki. Together, they ignite the flames, prepare the grills, and craft salted fish and freshly baked bread. This culinary celebration promises to be an unforgettable experience, blending the finest Athonite products with traditional Albanian recipes.

Grilled squid* on a piece of bread, with basil sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted potatoes with rosemary (*The fish and seafood of Mount Athos and Olympiada are famous for their exceptional taste. The reason that makes them different in taste from the rest is that the waters of the sea bays are deep and clean, since there are many sea currents in the area and there are no organized cultures that burden them. Our seafood is therefore fished in very deep waters, which have the highest salt content of all the seas of Greece and are rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay that would disrupt the balance of the water composition)
