THE LAYOVER CAST BIOS
This is Jocelyn’s fourth production at Marianapolis, and she is ecstatic to be able to perform in the black box theater once again. Jocelyn is from Southbridge, Massachusetts. She has experience with theater clubs and has participated in plays such as The Wizard of Oz, 13 Ways to Screw Up Your College Interview, Little Old Ladies in Tennis Shoes, and Prima Verde Inn. She often enjoys reading and listening to music on her record player. Jocelyn wants to give special thanks to her parents and friends for helping her practice her lines and for giving feedback that truly enhances the character she plays. Jocelyn Hebert ’27 Dana
Mya Medina ’28
Mya is a sophomore from Worcester, Massachusetts. This is her third production at Marianapolis and fifth overall. She recently appeared on WINY in a Knightly News segment discussing the MPrep theater program. She enjoys acting with her friends and helping to direct new members of the theater program. Mya is playing the role of Michelle who is very calm and collected. She is helpful and organized which is key to Dana's layover. Mya wants to give a shoutout to her family for always supporting her throughout her acting journey at Marianapolis and is looking forward to making so many amazing memories this upcoming school year.

Luke is a freshman this year from Thompson, Connecticut. He loves to draw and play video games. Luke chose to join the fall play because he has had such a fun time being in plays at his last school. His previous acting experience includes the Genie in Aladdin and Grandpa Joe in Willy Wonka. Luke wants to thank his parents for helping him step out of his comfort zone. In The Layover he is playing the role of Gabe, Michelle's faithful companion.

Haoran, Ryan, is a junior from Foshan, China. This is his second year at Marianapolis, and his first time acting in the Drama program. He has previously played the role of Lurch in The Addams Family. Ryan enjoys helping out his fellow cast members and can always be counted on to lend a hand.

Jeena Ann is a sophomore from Webster, Massachusetts. This is her second year with MPrep Drama and her fifth year in the Willimantic Shakespeare's Rabble Rousers, where she has performed as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Ophelia in Hamlet, Emilia in Two Noble Kinsmen, and Portia in Merchant of Venice, among others. She is passionate about art and has designed sets for the Little Mermaid Jr. and The Internet is Distract--- Oh Look a Kitten!
