CIRCUITO DE HIDROTERAPIA HYDROTHERAPY CIRCUIT O Circuito de hidroterapia é um circuito onde a água, enquanto elemento condutor, actua a diferentes temperaturas para obter melhores resultados terapêuticos. É composto por piscina interior, sauna e banho turco, jacuzzi ou área borbulhante que complementam a experiência.

The Hydrotherapy circuit follows a course where water, the driving element, acts at different temperatures to achieve better therapeutic results. The circuit is composed of an indoor pool, sauna and steam room, jacuzzi and bubbling area which complement the experience.

A Talassoterapia é um método terapêutico com fins curativos e preventivos, baseado na utilização da água do mar. O organismo absorve as suas propriedades que incluem sais minerais e oligoelementos graças ao facto da água ser aquecida entre os 34º e os 37º C. Os benefícios desta terapêutica têm resultados nos diversos sistemas do organismo: neurológico, circulatório, cardiovascular, dermatológico, respiratório e metabólico.

THALASSOTHERAPY WHAT IS IT? Thalassotherapy is a therapeutic method for curative and preventive purposes, based on the use of seawater. The body absorbs its properties which include mineral salts and dietary elements due to the fact that the water is heated between 34º and 37º C. The benefits of this therapy show results in the different systems of the body: neurological, circulatory, cardiovascular, dermatological, respiratory and metabolic.
