Celebrating Friendship and Shared Success We had a record turnout on March 27, when the Marek Family of Companies cele brated its 14th annual Fishing Fools Tournament and the second annual Barbecue Cook Off. Held at the scenic Stow-AWay Marina on Lake Conroe, it was good to welcome repre
money ranging from $50 to $350 for the first ten winning teams, $200 for the heaviest bass and $100 for early weighin. Overall winners Alford Faske and Mike Henrickson were rewarded with prize money and trophies when they took first place for the heaviest

place went to Howard Boren and Bill Harlan. Three hus band and wife teams competed with all three teams bringing in fish. Bill and Viola Shafer won the first place prize of $100 for their 21b. catch.
