Can you tell us about your organization and your role there?
Grizzly Medic Solutions B.V. is a Netherlands-based company providing specialised medical training, operational medical support, and safety consultancy services worldwide.
I have over 25 years of experience working in high-risk environments, including executive protection, tactical medical support, and remote paramedicine across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I am a registered Tactical Paramedic and certified instructor for multiple international medical programs, delivering training to private security teams, governmental units, corporate organisations, and NGOs.
Grizzly Medic Solutions focuses on practical, realistic training that bridges the gap between theory and operational reality, with an emphasis on decision-making, leadership, and safety in complex environments.
What needs led you to consider ECSI programs?
We were looking for:
