Our commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact for our clients, employees, community and environment is intertwined with charitable giving. This report outlines the contributions, sponsorships, scholarships and other CSR initiatives undertaken in the Cayman Islands during the completed 2025 calendar year.

INFLUENCING THE NEXT GENERATION As one of the largest employers in the Cayman Islands, one of the largest private sector employers of Caymanians and the leading entity in financial services, we are dedicated to fostering a work environment where both current and future team members can learn, thrive and excel.
The number of scholarships awarded has increased gradually in recent years, with 50 scholarships granted in the past five years alone. These scholarships have supported Caymanian students in pursuing degrees across various fields of study by helping to offset the costs of tuition, accommodation and study materials.
We are proud that 68% of our local workforce is Caymanian and we remain committed to supporting their professional growth while also investing in the next generation of local talent.
In line with updated reporting guidance from the Government and the Business Staffing Plan Board, investment in scholarships and education now also includes the salaries and compensation paid to trainees and students. This expanded measure reflects our broader commitment to developing local talent through both academic funding and structured professional training opportunities. As a result, the total reported investment in scholarships and education for 2025 is presented under this enhanced definition.
Our internship, scholarship, articles of clerkship and early careers trainee programmes are carefully designed to attract and equip exceptional students and emerging professionals with opportunities to cultivate successful, fulfilling professional careers.
Scholarships Established in 1994, our Scholarship Programme has awarded over 150 scholarships, both legal and non-legal, amounting to a total of US$8.09 million.

For the 2025 academic year, we were delighted to grant five legal scholarships and an additional five non-legal scholarships. The total funds allocated for all scholarships amount to US$546,385.
The Maples Group non‑legal scholarship ignited a drive within me that I hadn’t yet recognised. They invested not only in my education, but in the potential they identified before I fully saw it in myself. It did more than open a door; it reshaped my understanding of what is possible, transforming quiet ambition into confident pursuit. I am deeply humbled and sincerely grateful to be supported by an organisation that chose to see me, invest in me and trust in my ability to rise. Articles of Clerkship Our Articles of Clerkship Programme offers law graduates the exceptional opportunity to train and qualify as Attorneys-at-Law in the Cayman Islands, eliminating the need to train in the UK or other jurisdictions. Two Articled Clerks were admitted as Attorneys-at-Law in 2025: Alasdair Munro and Justyce Rivers. Since the inception of the programme in 2005, we have proudly supported over 60 Caymanians in their journey to becoming qualified Attorneys-at-Law and we take great pride in their accomplishments. Secondments As a global organisation, we provide our team members with an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders across multiple jurisdictions through our Secondment Programme. This experience not only broadens their professional network and helps them achieve their career aspirations but also fosters the development of a global perspective. Our Secondment Programme is available at all levels of employment within our Group, reflecting our commitment to investing in the training and development of our people. This initiative is just one of the many benefits of being part of a truly international organisation dedicated to nurturing the growth and success of its team members.

Internships Each year, we invite young Caymanians who are either in their final years of secondary education or beginning their tertiary education to join us for summer internships. Our Internship Programme is designed to provide practical experience and professional growth, helping students to build a strong foundation for their future careers.

Since the inception of our Internship Programme in 2008, we have welcomed over 480 Caymanian students to work within our diverse practice groups and business teams, offering them a valuable chance to enhance their skills and solidify their interest in any of the fields we support, including law, fiduciary services, fund administration, accounting, marketing, compliance, information technology, office administration, human resources and information services.
Over 50 young students participated in our 2025 Internship Programme. Each cohort participates in a community service day.

ARTS & CULTURE Our culture’s rich and creative tapestry of heritage forms the very soul of our community. Supporting art and culture organisations strengthens community engagement by creating shared spaces, fostering participation and helping to build a sense of belonging within the community. This type of giving also promotes social equity by expanding access to cultural experiences for underrepresented groups and ensuring a more diverse and inclusive cultural landscape. Recognising that the flourishing of the arts depends on continued community support, we are committed to preserving cultural traditions and uplifting the work of local artists in the Cayman Islands. By investing in these efforts, we help ensure that current and future generations can enjoy and learn from the artefacts, stories and expressions that reflect their cultural identity. National Gallery of the Cayman Islands The outreach programmes of the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands (“NGCI”) aim to engage with our diverse community, including individuals who are often excluded from mainstream social experiences, education and employment opportunities. For the fourth consecutive year, we were proud to be the title sponsor of NGCI's outreach programme, Community Connections, which was developed to address a significant need within our community and to strengthen community bonds by providing individuals and groups, who might not otherwise have access, with the opportunity to learn more about local culture and heritage. Additionally, it offers a creative outlet for self-expression. The workshops offer both therapeutic and skill-development approaches, allowing for a welcoming space for participants to explore the visual arts regardless of their personal circumstances. 2025 workshops covered a range of activities from colour mixing, kinaesthetic and landscape painting, to ceramics, affirmation lettering and pattern-making. The programme welcomed clients of the Bonaventure Boys Home, Frances Bodden Children’s Home, Sunrise Adult Training Centre, the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre, one2one, Cayman ARK and the Department of Children & Family Services.

Through our multi-year partnership with Maples, we have been able to offer free programming for vulnerable individuals such as those in foster care, in recovery, facing other personal challenges, or experiencing social marginalisation. Cayman Islands National Museum The National Museum is described as the living connection to the Cayman Islands' past. The museum preserves the Islands' natural and cultural heritage through showcasing stories, traditions and the identity of the Caymanian people. The museum offers programmes, curates exhibits and extensive collections that celebrate the Islands' maritime, social and environmental history. Its mission is to ensure that future generations can experience and appreciate the Cayman Islands' unique heritage through engaging educational initiatives and community-focused programming.

Cayman Islands Crisis Centre The Cayman Islands Crisis Centre ("CICC") provides essential services and programmes that support victims of domestic and sexual abuse. As a proud sponsor of the annual Jingle Bell Walk / Run for nearly 10 years, we have supported the CICC’s largest fundraising event and helped bring our community together in support of a vital cause. The event helps to raise awareness of the organisation’s mission and generates crucial funds that enable the CICC to continue offering life changing support to those affected by domestic abuse. Several of our team members also participated in the run, with their registration fees covered by the Group, further demonstrating our shared commitment to this important community initiative.

The Family Resource Centre For more than 25 years, the Family Resource Centre ("FRC") has been at the forefront of celebrating women's accomplishments and addressing gender-specific issues that affect women and girls in the Cayman Islands, particularly through their Honouring Women Month, held annually in March. The FRC organised several notable activities this year designed to empower and support women and girls, including an International Women's Day fundraiser brunch, a femaleowned business pop-up market, a STEM camp for girls and various workshops geared towards the personal and professional development of women and girls. As a gold sponsor of Honouring Women Month, our donation played a crucial role in supporting these initiatives and helped offset the costs associated with hosting workshops and events, many of which were free of charge to the public. We are proud to contribute to the empowerment and advancement of women and girls in the Cayman Islands.
Cayman Islands Red Cross As part of our ongoing dedication to community, we are honoured to support the Cayman Islands Red Cross ("CIRC"), a cornerstone of humanitarian service in our Islands for more than 60 years.

International Women's Day 2025.
Our contribution in 2025 helped to strengthen CIRC's broad scope of humanitarian services including disaster preparedness, first aid training, blood donation support, emergency response and community programmes that foster safety, resilience and inclusion. These efforts align seamlessly with our CSR priorities of empowering communities, enhancing wellbeing and supporting sustainable social development. The catastrophic impact of Hurricane Melissa in October 2025 was one of the most intense and devastating storms ever recorded in the Caribbean. CIRC played an essential role in coordinating humanitarian relief efforts for heavily affected countries including Jamaica, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and Bermuda. The organisation launched a major monetary appeal to provide urgently needed assistance such as food, shelter, medical support and recovery essentials to the thousands of families whose lives were upended.
Maples’ partnership reflects a meaningful commitment to resilience and community wellbeing and it has enabled our teams to respond with both efficiency and compassion during a time of significant need. Help for Children Cayman
A long standing non profit organisation, The Pines provides residential, respite and day care services for elderly individuals across the Cayman Islands. Established to meet the needs of independent seniors, the home has evolved to offer comprehensive nursing support for residents with chronic conditions such as dementia, diabetes and stroke, ensuring comfort and dignity in a safe, homelike environment.
As part of our ongoing dedication to community, we are honoured to have supported Help For Children ("HFC") Cayman in raising critical funds to prevent and treat child maltreatment in communities around the world. Expert advisors from leading universities and social welfare institutions guide the grant-making process to ensure effectiveness and accountability. All funds raised in each HFC location are invested back into that local community, creating meaningful local impact while advancing a global mission.
A dedicated team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and care assistants deliver 24-hour care tailored to each resident’s physical, emotional and social needs, while family involvement remains an important part of the care experience. The Pines accommodates residents in private rooms, double rooms and wards and also operates assisted living villas for those who require less supervision but benefit from regular wellness checks. Through a combination of structured activities, therapeutic programmes and community engagement, the home promotes wellbeing and connection for the seniors it serves.

Cayman ARK Cayman ARK strengthens community wellbeing through essential, compassionate assistance to individuals and families facing crisis across the Cayman Islands. Our contribution helped advance several of ARK's core programmes, including CASA home improvement, which restores safe and healthy living conditions for vulnerable households. Other programmes such as Mentor Educate Reinforce provide targeted academic help for children with learning challenges. Cayman ARK programmes provide students with structure and an encouraging environment to improve their skills and break the cycle of disadvantage.
ARK is incredibly grateful for the continued support of the Maples Group. Sustainable Cayman Rooted in a mission to promote environmental sustainability and conservation, Sustainable Cayman works to protect natural resources, strengthen climate resilience and inspire community participation in safeguarding the environment across the Cayman Islands. We were proud to contribute to these impactful efforts. Sustainable Cayman's outreach
initiatives, including the Honouring Coasts Public Outreach Survey which documented intergenerational Caymanian narratives and enhanced public appreciation of the Islands' natural environments, played an essential role in increasing awareness of the urgent need to safeguard vulnerable coastal and marine areas. This project helps strengthen community connection to nature and supported island‑wide conservation through storytelling and public engagement.
National Trust for the Cayman Islands The National Trust for the Cayman Islands is the only local organisation committed to the stewardship of undeveloped land with a focus on establishing a system of protected areas in the Cayman Islands.
spent planting trees at the Malportas Pond Bird Sanctuary. We are also incredibly proud to have sponsored Connor Childs' five-mile swim from Cayman Brac to Little Cayman. This deepwater challenge was aimed at highlighting and fundraising for the protection of ecologically significant habitats across our three islands. Protected areas, home to the Cayman Islands' endemic and native wildlife, include the Mastic Reserve, Salina Reserve, Colliers Wilderness Reserve, the Brac Parrot Reserve and the Little Cayman Booby Pond Nature Reserve.
In 2025, we continued to support the National Trust's mission to raise funds for its Land Reserve Fund. This fund is used to purchase critical natural habitats, including mangrove wetlands, ancient forests and other vital areas across all three Cayman Islands. Much of the land acquired through the Land Reserve Fund is deemed ecologically important and may be under threat of rapid urban development. Our interns were thrilled to have a hands-on part of preserving and supporting Cayman's biodiversity, as part of their charity day was

Central Caribbean Marine Institute The effects of climate change on our coral reefs are becoming increasingly severe, making the efforts of the researchers and educators at the Central Caribbean Marine Institute ("CCMI") more crucial than ever. In 2025, we renewed our three-year Corporate Navigator partnership with CCMI to support their vital work in understanding coral resilience amidst rapidly changing conditions and enhancing their impact for the future of coral reefs in the Cayman Islands.

The donation from Maples also supported CCMI’s increased research outreach in 2025. Our outreach programme is what sets us apart as an impactful organisation; it ensures we communicate up-to-date research results, reaching thousands of students and citizen scientists (locally and around the world). Mangrove Education Project We were delighted to continue our support of the Mangrove Education Project, which aims to educate the broader community about the significance of mangrove ecosystems through a curriculum-based programme. This curriculum is implemented in schools throughout the Cayman Islands and provides comprehensive material on our coastal lagoon ecosystem, featuring interactive science activities and field trips into the mangroves.

HEALTHCARE We actively raise awareness about the wide range of diseases and health challenges affecting our community. This commitment is reflected in our support for organisations that provide counselling, break down misconceptions about health issues and deliver education on topics that matter to individuals and families at every stage of life. Alex Panton Foundation As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing, we were honoured to partner with the Alex Panton Foundation ("APF") throughout 2025. We are proud to sponsor another year of the Annual Youth Mental Health Symposium. The event centred on the theme 'Turning the Tide Together: Providing Hope for Our Youth' highlighting the importance of creating supportive environments where youth and families can openly discuss mental health challenges and strengthen community connections. Members of our Cayman Islands office attended Empower Her Annual Women's Empowerment Brunch. This inspirational gathering brings together women from across the Cayman Islands to share experiences, build connections and explore issues that impact their personal and professional lives. Proceeds from this event supported the Alex Panton Foundation. Our involvement extended to taking part in the Addison Kelly Butterfly 5K, which raises funds for the Addison Kelly Memorial Scholarship. Managed by APF, this scholarship helps students pursuing further education in mental health, ensuring continued growth in this critical field.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Association Cayman Islands Established with a focus on awareness, education, support services and community engagement, the Alzheimer's & Dementia Association Cayman Islands ("ADACI") supports individuals living with dementia, their caregivers and the wider Cayman Islands community. They deliver island wide public awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and improve understanding, including annual initiatives such as World Alzheimer's Month activities focused on physical wellness, community dialogue and solidarity events such as Dress Purple Day. Community engagement is supported through membership, volunteering and fundraising events. We proudly sponsored the annual World Walks Against Dementia 5K with many of our staff participating in the run / walk. The walk is part of a global synchronised initiative that unites thousands of participants across more than 60 countries to raise awareness and support for individuals and families affected by dementia.

Breast Cancer Foundation It has been a true privilege to support the Breast Cancer Foundation and its vital mission to promote education, raise awareness and advocate for those impacted by breast cancer. Over the years, our involvement has taken many forms, each aimed at making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing this disease. A key highlight this year was our sponsorship of the annual Breast Cancer Gala. More than just a fundraising event, the Gala serves as an uplifting celebration of the resilience, courage and strength of breast cancer survivors across the Cayman Islands.

Jasmine Jasmine is the Cayman Islands’ only dedicated provider of free palliative and hospice care, offering compassionate, dignified medical, emotional and practical support to individuals facing life‑limiting or end‑stage illnesses. Its specialist team of physicians, nurses, caregivers and volunteers deliver holistic, person-centred care through home visits, outpatient clinics and at Jasmine Villa, a purpose built inpatient facility. Jasmine also provides bereavement support, complementary therapies and community programmes designed to improve quality of life for patients and their loved ones. As a not-forprofit that relies on community generosity for most of its funding, Jasmine continues to ensure that palliative and hospice care remains accessible to everyone in need across the Cayman Islands.

Cayman Islands Aquatic Sports Association As the national governing body of competitive swimming, open water swimming, diving, high diving, water polo and artistic swimming, Cayman Islands Aquatic Sports Association ("CIASA") has played a central role in

The organisation is a registered non-profit devoted to expanding opportunities for participation and improving the overall quality of life for residents through aquatic activity. YMCA Baseball and Softball (formerly Cayman Islands Little League Association)
As a corporate supporter of the YMCA Baseball and Softball Programme, we are proud to contribute to an organisation that gives young people across the Cayman Islands a positive, structured and enriching introduction to sport. Originally founded by the Cayman Islands Little League Association, the programme offers children and teens opportunities to develop their baseball and softball skills in a safe environment that emphasises teamwork, good sportsmanship and the fundamentals of healthy competition. It is especially impactful for students who may lack stable role models, offering them encouragement, structure and a sense of belonging at a pivotal stage in their development. In 2025, we were pleased to support Boyz2Men Cayman, a non-profit dedicated to mentoring young men across the Cayman Islands. The organisation has grown over more than a decade and now runs structured programmes in John Gray High School, Clifton Hunter High School and Hope Academy. The programme provides meaningful opportunities for participants to build confidence, strengthen social and academic skills and develop a sense of cultural and community responsibility. Activities such as community service projects, personal development workshops and structured mentoring sessions help students grow into responsible and resilient young adults. These experiences also foster strong, family‑like bonds among the boys and their mentors, a hallmark of the programme’s lasting impact.

CareerMasters We have proudly supported CareerMasters since its inception in October 2024. CareerMasters' mission is to guide students between the ages of 15-18 to pre-career opportunities through bespoke teamwork experiences, structured mentoring and targeted career programming, CareerMasters encourages young people to gain practical skills, build confidence and explore future opportunities in a meaningful and informed way. In 2025, we became the lead community partner of CareerMasters through our support of this work in the local high schools, as well as continuing our involvement in CareerMasters FutureFlex, a flagship student-led precareer conference that brings local businesses together with 175+ high school students to explore emerging careers and participate in hands-on workshops.
National Children's Voluntary Organisation Dedicated to providing care, education and support for children and families in need, the National Children's Voluntary Organisation (NCVO) maintains and runs the Nadine Andreas Foster Home, Miss Nadine's Preschool and the Jack & Jill Nursery. Additionally, the Caring Cousins Welfare Fund, educational grants and the "New to You" thrift shop, all aimed at improving care, education and over-all wellbeing. General donations help sustain these essential services and community initiatives. In 2025, our contribution directly funded two months of food costs for the young residents of the Nadine Andreas Foster Home, helping to ensure they receive nutritious meals in a safe, stable environment.

National Youth Culinary Programme The National Youth Culinary Programme plays a meaningful role in developing young culinary talent across the Cayman Islands. The programme provides hands-on training, mentorship and real-world exposure to the culinary field for high school students. Experiences build confidence, promote discipline and encourage teamwork skills that extend far beyond the kitchen. These opportunities and inclusion allow young people to prepare for success. In 2025, with the support of the programme, young chefs from across the Islands competed at the World Junior BBQ Championships, earning a silver medal and gaining valuable experience in technique, pressure management and collaboration. Their success demonstrated the growing strength of Cayman Islands' culinary community and highlighted how targeted support can open doors for future leaders in the hospitality industry. We are proud that our support helps to empower young Caymanians to explore promising careers, develop world class leadership and sharpen practical life skills.
