A Bold Vision for 2026 Last year, MAP International delivered a record-setting $1 billion worth of donated medications, health supplies and medical devices to some of the most remote, underserved places on earth.
But this is only the beginning. With your help, we won’t stop working until every pill finds its purpose — where lifesaving medicine never expires on a shelf but arrives in time for someone who desperately needs it. And we won’t stop praying until no one loses their life simply because they couldn’t access basic medical care. It’s a bold mission. But together, we can do it. Your support makes it possible.

Deep in the Amazon, you helped a little boy heal Minicio is your typical active 7-year-old. He loves to fish, hunt and climb trees. But because he lives in the Venezuelan Amazon jungle, an injury almost cost him his happy, healthy childhood. The little boy had climbed high into a tree to pick some fruit, but he slipped and fell. He hit the ground hard, crying out as pain shot through his leg. Minicio needed medical attention, but there are no clinics near his village. He had to be transported a very long distance to a medical facility run by missionaries. Thankfully, the missionaries were supported by MAP International. When an X-ray revealed that Minicio’s femur had been broken in half, the team had the medicine and supplies to perform the critical surgery the little boy needed.
Today, Minicio is recovering well. Because of your kindness, there’s plenty more tree-climbing in his future! “Thanks to the help received from MAP International, we were able to provide help for Minicio and his family,” says Rick Johnson, the missionaries’ ministry director. “ T hank you for your work that allows us to extend help to many who, without it, would have no other help or medical care.”

Your kindness answered her desperate prayers
Thanks to your support, the team was able to give Cancy a generous supply of all her medications. When Cancy was at her lowest moment, MAP supporters like you not only provided her with urgently needed medications … you also filled her heart with the healing love of God! Cancy lives alone in deep poverty in Honduras. Elderly and battling chronic illnesses, she is homebound and unable to go to the market or visit a doctor. She needed several medications but couldn’t afford them. Neither could the caring neighbors who tried to help her. With no other options, Cancy’s only hope was to pray to God. The Lord answered abundantly! A medical mission team visiting Honduras, carrying packs of medicine from MAP, heard about Cancy from someone in town and went straight to her home. When a doctor, a nurse and several volunteers showed up at Cancy’s door, tears of joy and gratitude streamed down her face. God had heard her prayers! Just as importantly, they gave her the comfort and reassurance that she is never alone because our merciful God — and friends like you — are always with her.

This mom doesn’t have to choose between food and medicine anymore It had been months since Justina could afford her medications. She knew she had diabetes and hypertension, and she knew she needed to take her medicine every day to manage her health. But when it came down to buying medicine for herself or purchasing food for her children, she chose her children every time.
Thanks to you, Justina no longer has to make that terrible choice! When she walked into a mobile clinic in Nigeria, her blood pressure and blood sugar were dangerously high. Thanks to compassionate friends like you, the clinic had medication on hand from MAP International. The team gave Justina the medicine she needed for her diabetes and high blood pressure, then transferred her to a local hospital. At the hospital, she received a year’s supply of all the medicines she needed, plus multivitamins, courtesy of MAP. Now, she can care for her family and for herself!
We did it — thanks to YOU! Thanks to your generosity, MAP continues to respond to families impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Our first deployment delivered 20,000 Disaster Health Kits filled with essential hygiene and health supplies, along with 100 Emergency Response Packs with critical medicines — enough aid for 25,000 survivors. Together, we’ve sent more than $10 million in medical aid to three of our trusted partners. Because of these strong relationships and strong logistical network, we can act within hours — not days — when disasters strike.
