CIRCULATION & ACCESS


The project is located at Salford, Peel Park, the characteristics of the site are narrow and 200m in lengh, the project aims to create sculpture-like building blocks, capable of resisting the erosion of the river, at the same time, provide access up and down the riverbank path and exhibition spaces for the university and neighbourhoods. the design of the path was inspired by Salford’s history, combining the features of the site, each block was intended to reflect a certain period of the time.

This project located in the centre of the Stockport, in response to the local develop plan, the project aim is to introduce newly merging technology to the local, the building provide rentable work spaces and can be used for exhibition and educational purposes. It was inspired by the functionality of skeleton structure, absorb the ‘slices’ features then further build up a link with the film making industry, a bold red ‘pipe’ is slices up and goes though the entire building, combines with the wavey envelope making the building noticeable and stand out in the cite.

This set of devices should theoretically be part of the building itself. It integrates into the architectural framework, not only providing a visual experience but also serving as a social tool.

The series of artworks is inspired by complex scenarios. am intrigued by the use of line and perspective to depict depth in drawings, where overlapping objects create a sense of logic within the chaos. I often incorporate this concept into architectural design, grounding my decisions with reasoning and purposeful design.
