To ensure long-term appeal and defy contemporary fleeting trends, the design will focus on high-end and elevated materials throughout, letting the quality of the material be the defining element of the room versus a particular style or aesthetic. A minimal color palette layered with rich woods, natural stone, and lux textures will keep the focus on the design details while ensuring a design that is meant to last.

The design will center around a nature-inspired material palette, including lush green views, earthy colors, eco-friendly materials, and will balance simplicity, comfort, and style.
