Changes to your service inside RCUKâ€™s Retail Branches Please be aware that we have made some changes to our protocols in these early stages of reopening our stores:

If you are returning a handset or a rented device, you may be asked to seal this in the returns bag supplied to you and complete the information label enclosed. Sealed bags will only be investigated after 72 hours

Our mobile device repair desk is currently closed so we are unable to offer a repairs service at this time

Whilst we are proud to offer extended opening hours until 8:00 PM on Tuesdays at both our London locations under regular circumstances, with the current restrictions, both Stamford Hill and Golders Green stores will be closing at 6:00 PM each Tuesday

All departments that make up the Rose Communications Group will continue to be fully operational throughout this time and we will do our utmost to maintain our outstanding service on an ongoing basis.
