The Darfield Volunteer Fire Brigade would like to thank those who turned up to support their magnificent truck pull. With the assistance of the Hororata and Springfield Fire Brigades, it was a great success. People had been talking around the town all week about this
event, and it lived up to expectations. The fourteen strong crew managed to pull the fully loaded fire truck from the library to the clock tower, led by the Hororata fire ute, with the Darfield Fire Brigade van following. Continue on page 3 …..
