St. John’s Opening State-of-the-Art Health Center In Rockaway Park The Rockaway Beach Medical Arts Complex is about to find new purpose with a St. John’s Medical Group takeover starting this week. St. John’s is enhancing its outpatient medical service offerings by opening its new medical practice at 105-38 Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Rockaway Park. Patients and community members will have access to high-quality medical care in a modern setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The new medical practice will open in three phases: Phase 1: Services Available as of December 3, 2020: Adult and pediatric dermatology; Adult endocrinology; Behavioral health; Primary care; Breast surgery will be available in January 2021. Phase 2: Services Added in Spring 2021: Cardiology; General surgery; Neurology; Additional primary care; Vascular surgery. Phase 3: Services
Added in Fall 2021. The Margaret O. Carpenter Women’s Health Center will open and feature: 3D mammography; Behavioral health; Breast surgery; Gynecology/oncology; Imaging; Maternal fetal medicine; Nutrition; OB-GYN; and Urogynecology. Joining the medical practice this December are primary care clinicians Dr. Vladislav Chernyshenko, Dr. Yating Lee, and Nurse Practitioner Victoria Backus; pediatric and adult dermatologist Dr. Louis Siegel; adult endocrinologist Dr. Sophia Galustian; and Social Worker Jamie Svenson. Breast surgeon Dr. Sharon Koehler joins the practice in January. Additional clinicians will join the practice in Spring and Fall of 2021. On last week’s cover we had an amazing photo of a massive school of bunker fish that resembled an oil slick, courtesy of photographer Robbie Ostrander. This week, the bunker were on the move as sharks moved in for some food. The video, again by master videographer R. Os-

Cuomo Shoots Down Jamaica Bay Protection Bill—Again Governor Andrew Cuomo has turned his back on Jamaica Bay once again. For the second year in a row, a bill that passed state legislature, that would protect Jamaica Bay from contamination, has been vetoed by Cuomo. On November 18, Bill S795/ A9595, supported by Senator Joe Addabbo and Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato, landed on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s desk after being passed by the Senate and Assembly in June. As New Yorkers woke up from their turkey comas on November 27, Cuomo vetoed the bill—again. As a body of water with many deep areas, the bill would have protected Jamaica Bay from any attempt to place contaminated fill, dredged up from other projects, in these areas. As the bill landed on his desk, the Jamaica Bay Task Force cir-
culated a petition to ask locals to show support for this bill as Cuomo deliberated whether to sign off on it or veto it. “This bill will finally protect Jamaica Bay from the many attempts to save money by placing fill in the bay that is expensive to place elsewhere due to its contaminated nature. Governor Cuomo ve-
toed this bill last year. Tell him to sign it this year and protect Jamaica Bay,” the petition read. Within a few days, the petition was signed by more than 2,000 people. Yet their calls landed on deaf ears again as Cuomo vetoed the bill on Friday. A reason for the rejection was not immediately available.
“Looks like Governor Cuomo has vetoed the Jamaica Bay Protection bill that would have prevented contaminated fill from ever being placed in the waters of Jamaica Bay,” the Jamaica Bay Ecowatchers posted to Facebook on Friday. “Nothing like taking this kind of action on Friday of Thanksgiving weekend so as to avoid scrutiny.” The Ecowatchers say this fight isn’t over and plans to reintroduce the bill next year are already in the works. “We will be back in January working with our elected officials, Senator Addabbo and Assemblywomen Amato to reintroduce this legislation. St. John’s Keeps Families Full for Thanksgiving St. John’s Episcopal Hospital provided more than 90 patients and their families with food items to help ensure a well-nourished Thanksgiving. The food items were donated by the hospital’s staff, and included turkey, chicken, ham, potatoes, rice, vegetables, stuffing mix, gravy, macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce, desserts, and utensils.
The hospital’s staff prepared and decorated baskets for each food recipient and set up a large heated tent on its campus for use as a food graband-go distribution center. Food recipients lined-up and received their items outside of the tent while observing social distancing and face mask requirements. “It brings us great joy to know that we were able to
help make this year’s Thanksgiving both enjoyable and nourishing for more than 90 families,” said Sharika Gordon, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We care deeply about our patients and community members, and the hospital’s staff wanted to do all that they could to make sure that no person is left hungry this Thanksgiving.” In November, it was reported that Feeding America projects
that an additional 15.2 million people will go hungry this year compared to 2019. “For us, it is not only about providing excellent health care strictly within the confines of our hospital and community medical practices. We take great pride in providing needed resources within the community itself, which is what this food initiative is all about,” said Renee Hastick-Motes, Vice President of External Affairs.

Tic-Tac-Toe would’ve been so much easier. ***** Rockaway Mermaid Brigade has put a toy drop-off box at Whits End on Beach 97th and RBB. All gifts will go the Ronald McDonald House. The box will be there until December 11. The Mermaids are also busy making plans for next year’s parade. Big and fun changes are in the works. The prom, usually held in February, will be virtual. Robby Schwach of Councilman Eric Ulrich’s office has been hard at work, tracking down the details for each Rockaway zip code and sending weekly updates. For the interest of our readers, we are sharing this info each week. The latest info represents changes between the week of 11/24/2020-11/30/2020. In 11691, positive cases increased by 82 from 3,340 to 3,422. There was one new death in this period, bringing the total up to 381. In 11692, cases went up by 15, from 792 to 807. Another new automotive-related business to join is 55 Enterprise, which also specializes in auto leasing, and the most recent to jump on board is a new car service company that will use the office for dispatch purposes. Jeff Ferguson, a longtime attorney in Rockaway, found a new home within the building, making the move from Beach 116th Street. “He said it was the best decision he’s ever made,” Patisso said. “He loves being here and we love having him.” On the second floor comes Wick and Pour. This new experience comes from Jess Wu and Steven Kanemori, who will be bringing the art of candle making to the community. On Saturday, December 5, Wick and Pour will be offering a taste of what’s to come with a pre-launch event from
noon until 5 p.m., giving people an opportunity to learn more about the business, while enjoying refreshments catered by Cuisine by Claudette. “It is for sure not an easy year for everyone but bringing our dream candle lab into life in the historic Wave building with the most supportive landlords and neighbors made everything possible,” Wu said. “We can’t wait to showcase this first full candle making experience with the perfect studio that just captures day light and the serene night lights of Rockaway Beach Boulevard.” Limited candle-making sessions will be taking place during Saturday’s event, but spaces are filing quickly, so head to linktr.ee/wickandpour to reserve a space. All of these new tenants join Senator Joe Addabbo, whose Rockaway office has long been based in the building, and Ship to Shore Wine Shop, which has occupied part of the first-floor retail space since 2016. Ship to Shore owner Rashida Jackson says she’s excited to have new life brought to the building. “Having all of these tenants here is good for business. It’s more attractive

for people to have many reasons to come here, and the building looks so much better now too. This was overdue and it’s a good thing,” she said. Jackson has been getting acquainted with the new tenants and will even be providing wine for Wick and Pour’s prelaunch event. “We all support each other. We’re all neighbors and we all have a goal of making Rockaway beautiful and you see that coming to fruition here,” Jackson said. Rambaran and Patisso are excited to take that goal further as they continue to seek more tenants for the remaining spaces in the building. They still have about half of the second floor, and twothirds of the retail space to fill, but they have an idea of what they’re looking for. “For the second floor, we hope to get the creative types, the artists, the makers, the people who might have home businesses that want to take the plunge and have a more professional location or real studio space,” Rambaran said. “We have a sizable retail space. We have the wine store that we inherited that we’re happy to have and other va-

Depending on what it is, that new retail space could also give new identity to the building. “It doesn’t make logical sense calling this The Wave Building anymore, so if we have the right retail tenant, we’d be open to having a new name, a rebirth,” Rambaran said. Overall, with its multiple uses, the new owners hope to create a community within the building itself, while offering the larger community something new and exciting. “I want to see a fully functioning ecosystem between the upstairs and downstairs where the tenants can feed off of each other and utilize each other’s services and create one big happy family,” Rambaran said. “Ultimately, it’s the community that will dictate what should be here because the community would be the ones supporting any business here,” Patisso added. Sea Changes Connects Winter Swimmers Across the Globe By Katie McFadden
Jump on in, the water’s fine, albeit, a little chilly. The ocean doesn’t go away in the winter. Surfers know this to be true, as wetsuit-clad surfers hang ten even in blizzard conditions in Rockaway. But others are taking advantage of the cold water’s transformative effects. As part of a global movement, people around the world are taking part in weekly dips into their local bodies of water, even as temperatures drop far below ideal conditions, and some in Rockaway are rising up to the challenge. Artist Riita Ikonen, a Rockaway resident, originally from Finland, is taking on winter swimming as an artistic practice, and is welcoming others to consider joining in on their local shores. Ikonen has called Rockaway home for the last three or four years and in 2018, she started taking weekly winter dips into the Atlantic as part of a dare with a friend in Norway. “Every Friday, we would swim on the opposite sides of the Atlantic,” Ikonen said. The activity allowed her to connect with her long-distance collaborator through the same ocean, from different shores. Fast forward to 2020, that activity would become even more important at a time when the coronavirus pandemic has put limits on human connection. “Now I can’t go home to the Nordic countries, but I can run into the Atlantic and know that a lot of my family are doing the same thing in Finland,” Ikonen said. However, it isn’t just Ikonen and her family taking the plunge. Cold water swimming has grown in popularity across the globe, with the Outdoor Swimming Society seeing as many as 1,000 new people a day joining in the movement. So when FLOCK, an artist-run platform and network for participatory art in the Nordic region reached out to Ikonen to run a workshop, she decided

to turn winter swimming into her art. Through the workshop, Ikonen is inviting others to give it a go. On Sunday, November 29, she launched a project called Sea Changes/ Rockaway Sundays, in which she, and others who may be daring enough, are taking to the water every Sunday at 2 p.m., through May 2021. While a small group of Ikonen’s neighbors and friends took the first plunge with her on Sunday on Beach 91st Street, this movement spreads far beyond Rockaway’s shores. “This project is an invitation for anybody, anywhere in the world, to swim in the same water. During this miserable time on the planet, we can do this one thing, together, safely, while distancing,” Ikonen said. “This simple exercise, along with the natural adrenaline high and good company, hopes to bring about a profound transformation, a sea of change, by emboldening you to be a conscious part of the natural processes and to be attuned to the movements propelling us through life.” And people across the globe are taking part. Ikonen says she knows people participating from New York to Massachusetts, the west coast, Tasmania, Sweden, Norway, France, Senegal and others in Tulum have said they’ll be joining in soon. water presents its own challenges as the water has already chilled to a brisk 52 degrees, and those who participate are encouraged to know their own limits as lifeguards are off duty and rip currents can present a risk. However, those across the globe have their own unique obstacles to endure as they take on this project on their own local shores. For instance, as Ikonen’s friend Niko Nesterinen took the plunge in Finland, he first had to cut a hole through a thick layer of ice, just to reach the water. When her mother, Leena Ikonen, took the plunge in a lake in Kelvä, Finland, she did it in darkness. After all, during Finland winters, daylight is limited. The current sunset time is 2:29 p.m. Ikonen’s friends taking the dip in Tasmania may have it slightly easier with water temperatures still lingering in the 60s. But no matter where they are or what conditions they face, the Sea Changes challenge has already become a growing global movement. Why are so many people taking part in a weekly event that some are only daring enough to participate in once a year during polar bear plunges, and others, steer clear from completely? “It’s exhilarating. It’s an excellent way to build courage and that will seep through to every other part of your life,” Ikonen said. “When you run out in February and it’s fiercely windy and the waves on the shore are freezing up, it feels like a full body tattoo when you come out of the water, but you feel super awake and really alive. It’s a great way to feel some clarity. Ikonen says that feeling can also become addicting, and it is even believed to have some restorative effects. “Finnish government health officials are recommending cold water swimming for most ailments. It has become a formal remedy for things like depression, arthritis, all kinds of problems. It’s super popular,” she said.

For those who are curious about taking on winter swimming and participating in the Sea Changes challenge on Sundays, especially in areas without lifeguards, Ikonen encourages people to take personal responsibility, to know their limits and go at their own pace. “When I would go in in the beginning, I would run right in, but you sort of panic a little bit. Keeping your head above water is my top tip. I go up to my neck and take a nice, calm breath, and if I feel like getting out that second, I get out. Just see what feels good for you. Before I run in, I prefer to stay comfortably warm, so I’ll run and hop around on the beach, so I feel warm to my core,” she said. “Just know your limits and abilities and it’s up to you to assess the risk in any swim.” Ikonen is documenting the Sea Changes project with photos and videos of the Rockaway swims and those across the globe on Instagram. A Successful Feast for Far Rock
On Thanksgiving Day, those from CT3Designs and the Far Rock Greek Council spent the afternoon giving back. Many volunteers made sure the 3rd Annual “Operation FEAST,” in collaboration with SkeePhiNY was a huge success. On Thursday, November 26, this volunteer youth led organization came together at the Far Rockaway Plaza on Beach 21st Street to make sure displaced and less fortunate individuals and families in Far Rockaway had an opportunity to enjoy Thanksgiving “We never know what someone is going through but being able to pay it forward is a beautiful thing and is something we
can never forget. Something as simple as giving someone a hot plate of food and telling them ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ you may never know how far that can go,” Curtis Turney-Rentas of CT3Designs and the Far Rock Greek Council said. “We just didn’t provide food, sweets, and beverages, but also PPE, as well as female products. All things people need during this pandemic.” This effort was made possible by donations of food, sweets, PPE and other items from various businesses, individuals and groups. Food donations were provided by Frontline Foods Of Queens, Cuisine By Claudette, RBQ, KinaKuisine, KeishaKitchen, TheSame24, Wilson Darko, Ashley Hewitt, Kurtis Jackson and Akelia. There’s plenty going on at The Rockaway Hotel this winter. Rockaway’s cozy new mainstay will keep your spirits bright with various holiday and winter activities. The Rockaway Hotel has been a big hit since launching this late summer on Beach 108th Street. And while it serves the need as a summer getaway, the new hotel is a year-round destination with plenty to do in the off season. This weekend, the hotel will be hosting a heated outdoor Holiday Market so you can get some of the holiday shopping out of the way with local brands and vendors. The market will take place on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Monday, December 7 and Tuesday, December 8, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Holiday Market vendors will include: The SwellLife, Zingara Vintage, Hand Made

He Was a Friend of Mine The phrase was the title to a traditional folk song that was recorded by Bob Dylan and later Roger McGuinn of the Byrds. The song laments the death of a friend, and today I lament the death of a very old, dear friend. His nickname was Moose, but Steve Melcer, was by all accounts a gentle giant in a very big body. He was big from an early age and thus earned his nickname, but at one point stopped growing and that also stopped his climb in the athletic world. In Little League and CYO, he was a terror, and in high school (St. Francis Prep) he earned All-City honors in both baseball and basketball. But that was only one part of his journey. After high school, he traded his crewcut and black-rimmed glasses for fuller blond hair and contacts and discovered life outside the ballfield. He traveled to California on the trail of Steinbeck, Kerouac, Kesey and Hemingway. He
washed dishes in Denver like his hero Neal Cassady of On the Road fame. He traveled to Hawaii, where he worked as a Rickshaw driver. On one of his other adventures, he found himself in the Gulf of Mexico working on oil rig as a roustabout. His many jobs in New York included painter, mover, limo driver and awning salesman. Later in life, he became obsessed with books, often going to estate sales, buying all the books and then re-selling them at his two stands: one on East 40th Street and one on Bedford Avenue. But if you asked him what he did, he would tell you that he was a writer. And he was. He wrote books, short stories and loads of letters. He tried to copy the style of Keuorac or Bukowski, but really, he developed his own chaotic style. He wrote stories about Greenpoint, Rockaway, and his life. It was supposed to be my job to make sure he was published post humorously. To protect the innocent, I will defer my duty on that one. If you asked me what his job was, I would tell you that it was to
show people that life isn’t about your work, or what you do, or how much money you make. Life was about “living,� unabashedly, fully, in every way possible. It would be impossible to be at a party with Moose and not have a good time. He could have the most fun with the least amount of money. He could see clearly through the fog of life’s responsibilities, to make sure that the important things were fully appreciated. For instance, his favorite holiday was Christmas, and he always had a gift for you, a book, a CD, a DVD. Always something that would make you smile, laugh and appreciate the joke. He loved his friends very much, and he loved his family even more. His father was his hero. A man who lived simply, had a family, enjoyed life. He lived with his mother, and claimed he was taking care of her, but I’m not sure who was taking care of who. There are some who remember when he may not have been too honest, or nice, or true. And I would be the first to tell you that he was both sinner and saint, best and worst, but he represented
that which is in all of us. We all have a memory that makes us laugh. For me, he gave me the greatest gift a friend could ask for. He introduced me to my wife. Without that introduction, there is no telling where my life would have led; but I know this, it would not be where I am today, and that is the happiest person in the world. He identified with the anti-hero hero in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Randle McMurphy played by Jack Nicholson in the movie. McMurphy tries to lift all his fellow inmates at the insane asylum above the “fog� and to have some fun. Nurse Ratched has him lobotomized at the end. And the Chief, an Indian with no self-confidence, that McMurphy mentors, seeing what’s happened, frees McMurphy by suffocating him, and then breaks out and runs free. I like to think that Moose broke out and escaped and is running free somewhere out there, where he is free again, unencumbered by the reality of world’s pressures, free, free, free. Yes, he was a friend of mine.

Official 2020 Election Results It’s official. The results of the 2020 elections in New York City have been certified. On Tuesday, December 1, the New York City Board of Elections certified its election results. Here’s a breakdown of the official winners and vote numbers. In the presidential election, New York City’s top choice was Joe Biden with 2,321,759 votes across the city, 569,038 of which were in Queens. Donald Trump received 691,700 votes citywide, 227,731 of which were in Queens. In the Queens Borough President race, Donovan Richards was the clear winner with 518,840 votes in the borough. Republican challenger Joann Ariola had 205, 893 votes. In the race for Congressional District 5, Democrat Congressman Gregory Meeks, who ran unopposed had 200,453 votes. There were also thousands of writein votes with names such as Eric Ulrich, Alexandria Oca-
sio-Cortez, Shaniyat Chowdhury, Kanye West, and locals such as Martin Tubridy, Owen Loof and Thomas Sullivan earning between 10 to 95 write-in votes. In Senate District 10, where Democrat Senator James Sanders Jr. ran unopposed, he earned 94,555 votes. In Assembly District 31, Democrat Khaleel Anderson had an overwhelming win with 34,014 votes to Republican challenger Joseph Cullina’s 4,086 votes. In the race for Senate District 15, Democrat Senator Joe Addabbo Jr. took the win with 68,829 votes, while Republican challenge Thomas Sullivan had 49,306 votes. In the race for Assembly District 23, Democrat Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato won with 29,065 votes to Republican challenger Peter Hatzipetros’ 18,133 votes. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE Some of us naturally focus on the good sides of everything, some of us don’t. I can tell you that you will feel so much better in your life if you do get to the place where you really focus on what is positive about any given situation and about any person. There are a couple of practices that could help you to get there. Practice Daily Gratitude. Say “thank you� for anything that goes right, for anything
that makes your life convenient, to anyone with whom you have some issues but acted in a good way or with whom you connected in some simple way (you can even just say this to yourself - because it is the recognition that this person is also “good� that softens you). If you are a person who is just weighed down by what is going on, make a practice of focusing on the positive - it will surely bring you inner peace. You might ask how I (and Helen, my co-writer for this column) come up with these ideas, thoughts, guidances. Through the practice of yoga and all that is in the yoga tradition, you get to look within yourself, read the traditional texts that offer peaceful ways of living, tune in to the spiritual leaders’ teachings (Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hahn, Elkhart Tolle, and many others), poets and inspirational people whose focus is to give us the light to live full, positive lives. We are messengers! May you be happy. May you be free. May you be compassionate. May you be grateful. May you let go of things that do not serve you. May you have inner peace.

Far Rockaway Man Indicted in Stabbing Death of Wife Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced on Tuesday, December 1 that Manuel Villar, 50, has been indicted by a Queens County grand jury and arraigned in Queens Supreme Court on murder charges and other crimes for fatally stabbing his wife in the apartment they shared with their sons. The slaying occurred early in the morning in September 2020. District Attorney Katz said, between 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. on September 24, Villar, of Far Rockaway, allegedly grabbed a knife and repeatedly stabbed the 43-year-old woman. With his wife bleeding out, Villar fled the bedroom and then left the apartment. The couple’s three sons along with one of their friends was in the apartment, unaware of the violence. According to the charges, Villar later called 911. Police responded to the couple’s home and found the victim deceased on her bedroom floor, slumped against the
bed. The defendant was arrested a short time later that morning in Brooklyn. “A woman is dead, and her three sons are dealing with the trauma of her violent death and the knowledge that their own father allegedly committed this heinous crime, District Attorney Katz said. “The defendant will be held fully accountable for his alleged crimes.” Villar, of Far Rockaway, was arraigned on Tuesday before Queens Supreme Court Justice Michael Aloise on an indictment charging him with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Justice Aloise set the defendant’s return date for January 12, 2021. If convicted, Villar faces up to 25 years-to-life in prison. The investigation was conducted by Police Officer Valerie Rivera of the 101st Precinct Detective Squad and Detective Ramon Munoz of the NYPD’s Queens South Homicide Squad.

Keeping The Human Touch Medical professionals, especially in a hospital or inpatient setting, may sometimes become desensitized to the disease and human suffering that surrounds them, causing them to fall into a trap where they become jaded and gruff. Mrs. Jones, who had her gallbladder removed, may become “the gallbladder in room 409.” Therefore, it is imperative for us as a group not to lose sight of our humanity. Since I graduated from medical school in 1980, it has been
my pleasure to teach medicine to medical students, interns, and residents. I did this quite regularly, especially during my more than 10-year tenure as Chief Medical Officer at Peninsula Hospital. I would often stress the importance of not losing sight of the fact that our patients are fellow human beings who share the same feelings and fears that we all have. My point would often be the fact that, until you are a patient yourself, you cannot understand the feelings and fears

that patients have. The medical profession realizes this fact and some medical schools now have classes on understanding the patient experience. As anyone who has ever been a patient in a hospital can tell you, being hospitalized can be a scary, dehumanizing experience. The patient not only fears what their injury or disease can do to them, including causing his/her own demise, but often a patient does not know what to expect. Some experiences can be debasing or embarrassing, for example using a bedpan or having a urinary catheter placed. My first adult experience of being a hospitalized patient came in 1999, however it was my hospitalization in 2007 that really brought this home for me. In 2007, I had a double knee replacement. I was told not to worry, that I would be up and about the day following the surgery – yeah right, that didn’t happen. I was bedridden for about 10 days. When you are unable to get out of bed, you are totally reliant on
The Rockaway Times others who are often strangers. While the staff was very kind and understanding, I lost any semblance of privacy or modesty. Despite the fact that I was in my own hospital, the experience was rather unpleasant. Therefore, I have always stressed to my students the importance of remembering that our patients are fellow human beings. In truth, nurses are far better at communicating with patients than most doctors are. Accordingly, another of my teaching points was that if you, as a physician, really need to know what is going on with a patient, ask the nurse. If you or someone you know is planning to be hospitalized, make sure that you know in advance what to expect, including the expected duration of treatment and its possible side effects. Synchronicity Dear Enchantress, I wondered if you could give some perspective about synchronicity. I feel like I'm supposed to do something when I know I'm getting "messages," but maybe it's just enough to acknowledge and be grateful for the messages and signs. How do I know I'm headed in the right direction or in tune with spirit? Does that make sense? Sometimes I feel like I'm in the same place, not moving forward, and sometimes I feel like even when I do nothing, I'm moving forward. I'm looking forward to your reply.
Dear Synchronistic Sally, What a yummy question. I love how deep and wise you already seem to be. OK! One of the first "spiritual books" I read was Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. I knew about synchronicity before reading it, and I would call it coincidence. While reading that book, the Universe showed me synchronicity in the clearest way for me to know it's real. I read it intensely and then would put it down for a while, and each time I read, something exact that was happening in the book would happen in my immediate surroundings. It was wild.
So, sharing that, I would say, your timing, and actions and realizations plus gratitude are plenty. In terms of taking actions in addition; there is no right answer. If you feel peace and awareness and that feels enough (each time), then great! If feelings of missing out, or not doing it right, or regret happen, take action. This is part of listening to your intuition. I moved to my perfect home here in Rockaway with a specific process of listening, gratitude, and actions, I wanted and needed the move and the ideal house to happen. So, if there is
Page 37 something that you are feeling driven and passionate about, pay closer attention, and the "thing" may happen anyway. Your actions will speed it up. Actions to take may come to you and seem totally irrelevant, do them anyway, based on the idea that we have no idea where anything will lead us. Don't question the action or "sign" that shows up, again it's a way of strengthening your intuition muscles. Wonderful blessings to you for this question! TH2 defeated Top Flight. The Inner Circle defeated SCU. Hikaru Shida defeated Anna Jay. The Butcher & The Blade defeated Death Triangle. The Match of the Night was Hangman Page versus John Silver. This was a solid hard-hitting wrestling match. The two competitors fought very hard and put on an excellent performance. In Wrestling News: As reported in Wrestling Observer Radio, it appears that The Fiend and Alexa Bliss will
be turning Babyface against their ongoing feud with Randy Orton. This move is apparently being made to make The Fiend and Alexa Bliss the top baby faces on the Monday Night Raw brand. WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy almost risked injury while attempting a spot outside the ring. During, a recent match against Elias, Jeff hit his head on the ring steps. Thankfully, it was reported that Jeff Hardy is okay and doing well. NXT Superstar Rhea Ripley has recently opened up in a podcast (Chasing Glory) about her believing that she has a Body Dysmorphia which is a mental health condition where the person spend time worrying about flaws in their body appearances. She also discussed her struggles with self-harm in the past. Lucha Libre Promotion AAA has recently been cleared to
hold a show in Mexico on December 12. All Elite Wrestling Superstar Kenny Omega is booked to defend the AAA Mega Championship against the Laredo Kid. The Lucha Brothers are also scheduled to appear on the show to defend their AAA Tag Team Championship. There are reports that the WWE is very interested and bringing back fans to attend next year's Royal Rumble. Reports are that the WWE is hoping to have a decision on fans being able to attend the Royal Rumble by early January 2021. During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, WWE Superstar Keith Lee was being
told by WWE officials that he would have to wear a t-shirt upon his highly anticipated call up to the WWE Main Roster. Keith Lee noted that the decision for him to wear a t-shirt came as a surprise, but he will do what needs to be done in order to keep the people he works for happy.
