Christchurch 2026

living advent calendar

Tuesday 1st December to Saturday 19th December Every Day Excluding Sundays These free to attend daily events are just the thing if you are looking for something to get you into the Christmas spirit. Every evening from 6-7pm a performance will showcase a local performer at a different location around the town. Singers, dancers, musicians and choirs are just some of the performers you can enjoy as the Living Advent Calendar returns after many successful years. Each evening is in aid of a different local charity and is supported by generous local businesses or individuals. On the night collections and raffles will raise money for that evening’s charity.

There is no admission charge. The event is organised by CHRISTCHURCH ROTARY CLUB and other local volunteers with the support of Christchurch Town Council and BCP Councils.

Note: on 19th December the concluding event will be at 12 noon. Details of the events as they take place can also be found on Instagram (Christchurch_living_advent) and Facebook. https://christchurchlivingadventcalendar.org.uk

Scan Me Our thanks go to our principal sponsor, The Primrose Charitable Trust and to the huge number of local venues, performers, charities, local businesses and supporters who provide their time and services for free or sponsor each evening event.

Last but not least, thanks to you, our audiences, without whom none of this would be possible. Do come along and join us again this December and get into the Christmas spirit! Christchurch Living Advent Calendar 2026
