Savannah Soul Center is a hub for locals, tourists, and students to connect with the community or find individual space It offers meditation, yoga facilities, a coffee shop, and multipurpose rooms for events and classes, alongside an art wing for creative expression. This urban sanctuary provides a peaceful environment for Savannah's diverse population.
Wood louvers and glass surfaces establish a natural atmosphere with filtered light and visual connections to the outdoors Despite urban constraints, the design prioritizes green space through a minimal footprint The layout transitions from vibrant community areas to quiet private zones, supporting the center's community-building mission.

The Savannah Experiential Middle School creates dynamic learning opportunities through architectural elements serving as educational tools Students observe weather patterns via a glass roof section and witness mechanical systems through a transparent elevator shaft
The design preserves original structural elements at the building's center, allowing students to visually explore the dialogue between historic and contemporary architecture as part of their daily educational experience, pushing their learning through experience of design

The Tybee Sports Medicine Retreat is a sequential campus extending from Butternbean Beach into the natural marsh The journey begins with residential living, flows through classroom spaces and a gym, and culminates in a circular meditation room suspended over the marsh with a central opening to observe the ecosystem below
The design uses glass and wooden louvers, maximizing natural light and framing landscape views and circular forms in a curving arrangement that responds to the coastal setting This immersive experience enhances education through direct engagement with nature, producing graduates with a comprehensive understanding of health beyond technical knowledge

installation that responds directly to Carmel's distinctive coastal microclimate, offering personalized environmental control through entirely passive means. The design incorporates paper and watercolor paint to represent tile elements, creating an aesthetic connection to the region's architectural heritage while demonstrating thermal principles at a wearable scale.
nnovative structure addresses multiple comfort factors simultaneously: strategically placed blue flower forms provide targeted solar protection while preserving visibility, integrated light shelves redirect diffused daylight during Carmel's characteristic foggy periods, and carefully positioned openings channel natural air movement across the face This experimental prototype explores the potential for small-scale, body-centered climate adaptation that harmonizes with Carmel's natural beauty, demonstrating how passive design principles can be applied at the most intimate human scale

surroundings while moving through transitional spaces. Using aggregate forms within a set space, this installation piece—part of a group project—aimed to create a partial blockage, forcing awareness within a small space. The project utilized Rhino and Grasshopper digitally and was realized with chipboard and spray paint.
The geometric aggregate forms climb dramatically up the walls and extend to the ceiling, creating a visually striking intervention finished with bold red spray paint for maximum visual impact. Though intended primarily as a visual experience rather than an interactive one, the piece successfully transforms an overlooked circulation space into a moment of unexpected architectural awareness, compelling passersby to pause, look up, and re-engage with their physical environment.
