PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA Los muebles tienen una cobertura de garantía de 3 años en piezas de madera y de 1 año en piezas de ferretería desde su fecha de fabricación, la cual puedes ver en el número de lote impreso en la caja del producto y en el folleto de instrucciones de montaje. La garantía cubre las imperfecciones de materiales y mano de obra que perjudiquen el montaje o el correcto funcionamiento del gabinete. Esta garantía no es válida si los defectos o imperfecciones son causados por el seguimiento incorrecto de las instrucciones de montaje, advertencias y recomendaciones, mal uso, daño intencional, incendio o inundación, o después de modificaciones o cualquier tipo de alteración, o reparado por alguien no autorizado, cuando ha sido ensamblado 3 meses después de la fecha de compra. Estos defectos DEBEN informarse antes de que finalice el período de cobertura de la garantía. Una vez montado el producto, la empresa no se hará responsable de las piezas defectuosas y/o dañadas. Esta garantía SOLO es válida para el COMPRADOR ORIGINAL, no aplica si el producto ha sido revendido, alquilado, etc. Furniture no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad por daños incidentales o consecuentes causados al producto o por él (esto puede no aplicarse en su estado). Para hacer válida esta garantía debe escribir a nuestro correo electrónico de atención al cliente describiendo el defecto del producto, número de lote y presentando su recibo de compra o comprobante de compra, o comunicarse con nosotros a nuestra línea de atención al cliente. Las piezas reemplazadas estarán bajo el período de cobertura de garantía original del producto. Las partes dañadas pasarán a ser propiedad de la empresa.
