School for Blind + Visually Impaired
The School for Blind will be a comfortable learning space for students to learn environmental based navigational skills, gain independence, and responsibility. The school will offer hands on environmental learning and resource and career assistance to those who are out of school. Many different passive and energy design strategies are also implicated to reach for net zero.
Hall Theater Renovation
A renovation in downtown columbia of the hall theater. I transformed the vacent space into a apartemnt building for international students with the bonus of an international store located next to the lobby open to residents and the public.
