During GRAD504, the Materials and Media class in Year 1 Semester 2 at AUT, we were asked to develop a type specimen booklet based on an assigned type. I was assigned Noto Serif, a font developed by Google and Monotype. I found this project both challenging, but also interesting as I had the chance to learn about Unicode, and personally found the story behind Noto 'no tofu' Serif fascinating. Prior to this assignment, we had not had as much as a focus on typography, and I found this a chance to learn something that I do not naturally lean towards.
I have already uploaded this PDF, however I did not use the expected naming convention and wanted to upload this again with a description as well for transparency.
