Readers are Leaders
The Readers are Leaders graded reading scheme for the Intermediate Phase enables teachers to help learners on their way to becoming independent readers. This reading scheme emphasises the importance of a balanced approach to teaching language – as well as the value of understanding the role of stories in learners’ oral and narrative skills development. The scheme includes 12 readers per grade for Grades 4–6.
